Upon our arrival, the concierge at the hotel informed us that the hotel was overbooked and that they had comp'd us at their sister hotel in town. The sister hotel was comfortable and centrally located. The staff was courteous and the breakfast was above average. Parking in a public lot was also provided free of chargse.

The concierge inquired whether we had received "the email" about the overbooking. I told her I had not, but it did not effect the hotel's ability to accommodate us elsewhere.

Location was good. Coffee was okay.

Was okay. Need to offer more options without nuts and seeds. I.e., bagels were plain or everything bagels, no other flavors. There are many people who cannot eat seeds or nuts. More yogurt varieties would be nice. Chobani was your better quality option of two, but not many flavors. I checked early on and midmorning. Sugar fee coffee creamer would be helpful. Your selection - nuts and seeds, creamers, etc., assume there are not any dietary limitations. Overall, good.

Our room was set up really well for a family with adults and a teen. It was separated in the middle. The beds were super comfortable however my son was on a pull out sofa that was very uncomfortable so we had to put the mattress on the floor. The best part about this hotel is the staff. They were absolutely wonderful.

Our sofa bed in our room was almost unusable. We had to pull the mattress off of the bed and put it on the floor because the bed kept folding up on my son. Also, there is something going on in the ceilings when you're downstairs eating breakfast and in the lobby. If you look up, all of the stealing tiles are stained. I'm not sure what's going on there but I think it has something to do with the HVAC or plumbing running through the ceiling.

Front desk personel were very personable and helpful with any need or question. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was very nutritious and tasty. Jaime, the kitchen and breakfast coordinator, did a wonderful job with breakfast and was there overseeing the service each morning we stayed here this past week. He was friendly and sensitive to people's needs. The staff of the entire hotel was extraordinary in their interaction with guests. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Nothing we didn't like.....

Everything from our greeting to our room was wonderful!! The hotel was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was excellent in every way. Breakfast in the morning was lovely offering a delicious hot variety of quality food, such as eggs, bacon and sausage, as well as breads, waffles and muffins. There were also several varieties of cereals, milks and hot or cold drinks. The dining area was spacious and inviting.

There was nothing we were unhappy with.

The hotel lobby was updated and clean. The rooms were clean and had enough space to put down everything. The bathroom was clean and the shower was large. The room was quiet. Managing the air temp in the room actually worked!

The breakfast wasn't as good as reviewers had led me to believe. There were the typical options (scrambled eggs, bacon, oatmeal, cereals) but there wasn't as much fruit or "healthy" options as I would have liked.

Staff was very nice. Very clean. Good breakfast. Close to restaurants and shops.

I kept waking up from the bed not being comfortable, and the pillows were squishy flat. The pool was nice, heated, but maybe a little warmer would be better. The price was just ok for what we got, a little expensive, but it was a Friday night.

Would love some gluten free options. I had to bring my own toaster for my bagel, that I brought. It’s my issue to deal with, not the hotels.

No grab bars in the shower, felt unsafe…a mat was offered for the slippery shower stall, but need to plan in advance to get it from the front desk. Should be available in the room.

Fantastic breakfast. Love all the yummy teas also and you cold water with lemons. Nice touch. Sheena at the front desk. I hope I spelled her name correctly. She was outstanding. In every way helpful kind certainly a fabulous knowledgeable employee. We loved her

All was great. Loved the pool so much. Can’t say enough great things. Loved our room comfy bed

Clean, modern, efficient. Well designed. Seemed to be well run. The breakfast was pretty good, too.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the neighboring property was burning rubbish in the open air, and some of the smoke leaked into the hotel.
