I like the location near the college where the swim meet was, I like the size of the room, the comfort of the room, the bathrobes, that there is a restaurant/bar. Nice that they have the food available for the swim team -- not all the schools got that option.

Pool was closed, housekeeping only visited our room 1x in the 5 nights we stayed -- we didn't have do not disturb sign out -- so we had to call to get things, found that odd. Wish the restaurant/bar was open later than 10. Our event didn't get out until 9-930 and it was closing. They stayed open for us, but we felt bad.

i liked the place and will recommend to my friends. One particular receptionist - he was a bit short and light beard around his chin was exceptionally good. we also enjoyed a female bartender at the Social. I loved the downtown location surrounded by independent unique charming stores. The hotel should advertise the downtown charm with local stores.

The coffee at the lobby was not desirable. I would change the way you make coffee- it was bad. I should have asked for room service. while we stayed 3 nights, there was no service. i would have liked the room to be cleaned and trash emptied and more coffee pods added.

Room location was quiet as requested and hotel's easy downtown access to The Commons (+) was just as advertised. As we arrived a bit early into city of Ithaca, hotel reception was gracious enough to accommodate us with parking access while we toured the immediate area and went for lunch until room was ready. Room was clean, well stocked (towels, etc.,), wifi access was easy to set up, beds were very comfortable. Bathrooms had lots of counter/shelve space for toiletries which is rare in many hotels. Small microwave and fridge handy as well.

As hotel was hosting conferences, dining room was not available to other guests for breakfasts. Yes, there were bagels, breakfast bars, coffee and fruit in reception area as a compromise but could just be taken back up to room as there was no place to toast bagels or sit down to eat. This occurred on both mornings we were there. There were no 'safes' in rooms. Due to conference hosting at hotel, 'free' guest parking was hard to find at times for other paying guests.

The staff was outstanding! They were very helpful and friendly. Maintenance was prompt, thorough, and friendly! Our a/c wasn't working, and the front desk immediately had maintenance there. He fixed the issue quickly and was very kind. The bar/restaurant staff was the absolute best. Eric and Carmen were a great team, and I had a blast. The food was delicious as well.

My only issue is the shuttle service you advertise. It should state that availability is contingent upon the flight crew. I spent $100 on Uber because the shuttle was never "available." I needed to get to and from Cornell's campus and was told it wasn't available, but it was just sitting there. I chose this location because of the shuttle access. Either create an hourly schedule or just say it's for the flight crew.

I loved the actual stay in the room as well as the location. When it came to check in, the person that checked us in was so sweet and accommodating. They let me know on some general information as well. The beds were comfortable and the showers were great. Also, I parked in the hotel parking lot which is small, but luckily since we stayed during the week it wasn’t packed at all. But once you’re parked, it makes walking around the town so easily and everything is less than ten minute walk (MAX). There is a lot of restaurants and clothing stores near by.

The parking lot was small so on busier occasions it might be hard and then you’d have to park across the street in the parking lot garage, but I have no complaints!

The property is centrally located, and its new wing is very nice; the common areas are spacious, and our room especially. Rooms in the tower have wonderful views of landscape. Good on site restaurant, at least for generous breakfast. And there is ample free on-site parking.

We’ve been coming to Ithaca for years, and I’ve stayed in all downtown hotels, and this for us at least is the best for the above reasons. Wouldn’t think of staying in any place else, actually. And, last, it is very reasonably priced.

I requested an accessible room and this was great! It had a roll-in shower, no carpets on the floor, and the bed had clearance underneath for my hoyer lift. The bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in at a hotel. The staff was also really friendly and the pool was a bonus for the kids. This hotel is perfectly located to see the beautiful gorges and waterfalls that Ithaca has to offer.

Unfortunately, there was a bit of mold on the shower curtain and we had a leaky sink. I prefer firm pillows and not many hotels have them, including this one.

Great location and comfortable stay. Room large, clean and comfy beds. Quiet. Close to the University and downtown and very nice walk.

The water at the swimming pool was cold. They did not give me a receipt, claiming that booking would send it (but I have not received one so far). They messed up with calling a taxi (not sure whether their fault or the company's, but since I had a flight I had especially recommended to double check - at any rate the local airport is only a 10 minutes ride, and during the day they have a shuttle).

The location was perfect to the Ithaca Commons as it was of walking distance about five minutes at most… It was very clean and comfortable and nice looking. . we did not eat inside that restaurant, but it look nice also.

The only thing I didn’t like was, I did not use the swimming pool because they had a problem and it was supposedly not heated . And they said they did not have a Jacuzzi. And I would’ve liked at least two teas in my room otherwise you just get some from downstairs as they have free tea and coffee in the lobby.

Very large hotel building with a north and south building connected, great room, comfy beds & pillows, very centrally located, easy access to campus, convenient parking, centrally located. Also a cafe on site but did not use. Area is very walkable and fun see all the floral offerings in yards and plazas.

We were lucky to get a parking space every day but some days it might be a challenge in a busier season. The cafe staff seemed short staffed.
