The hotel was very clean, modern, and well kept. It seemed like a new hotel. They offered free water with lemon in the afternoon and coffee in the morning in the reception area. The pool was very nice. The room was decorated nicely and had everything we needed.

The only thing is the parking garage is across the street. However, they do validate parking.

Room was beautifully decorated. Staff was friendly and the water pressure was fabulous. The location was exactly perfect for the quick walk to our venue.

The shampoo was out, there was hair on the floor and there were dirty dishes full of old food in the sitting area on our floor. All minor issues.

The only downside was that the coffee machine in the room could have been a bit cleaner.

A little expensive compared to similar hotels. Room smelled of cigarettes despite it being a non-smoking hotel, although it is not the hotel’s fault if guests don’t respect the non-smoking rules.

Enjoyed Fitzgeralds…the bartender was excellent and was super under pressure. Same for the front desk…we arrived about 3 hours before we could officially check in and they were ready and willing to find us a room right away. They both had a great attitude.

Paying higher prices for few to no services…especially re housekeeping. For the price we paid we should have at least had the trash emptied and the coffee supplies refreshed daily.

It was very difficult to figure out where to park until after we checked in. The parking garage is right across Tioga street but it’s not obvious to an out-of-towner after dark

This was our family's first visit since I graduated Cornell in 2009. We chose this location due to the proximity to the downtown commons, and to our favorite restaurant ('Taste of Thai'). The hotel did not disappoint us with clean, modern interior and a friendly staff. The beds were firm and comfy, and our family had no problems in sleeping. The hotel also has a great view in that on our floor (4th), we could see the campus on the hills! Do note that you will have to check in before you park your car, as the front gives you a parking permit. Use the valet parking location for that purpose at first. We will definitely reconsider visiting the place again in the future.

The hotel is located in downtown area, so you might not feel too safe. However, I have not heard of security issues during my student days here.

The pool and hot tub were great and open until midnight. Location was right near the main street and a short drive from many attractions. The room was clean and beautifully decorated.

There was no coffee left in the morning when I went to the lobby and no place to get breakfast or any place to buy a healthy snack in the hotel.

Parking was the only downside. Not terrible by any standards though. Just because it’s more city centered so you park in front trying to be away from traffic and get your bags in and check in . Then drive around in a circle to get to the lot next to the hotel .

Very good location, close to the centre. Spacious room, clean, nice modern decoration, comfortable bed, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave oven, iron and ironing board in the room, big bathroom and bathtub. The stuff was polite and helpful. Everything was very good.
