Chose this hotel as it was the most affordable one when we were booking and it is a very nice hotel with a quiet surrounding, spacious clean rooms and free parking. It also has a range of amenities including a laundry area which was great for us.. there is a restaurant in the hotel but we didn't eat in. A good choice for us

The rooms are not cleaned everyday which we would expect for a hotel.. we did request and reminded at reception but no one came to clean the room for our 3 night stay.. the location is near the airport so a bit out of the way to downtown.. no shops in the immediate area but its just a 5 minute drive away to a nearby mall and many eateries if you have a car

Super convenient location near the airport with MASSIVE rooms and comfy beds which swallowed us up after a very long day of transatlantic travel and flight delays. The hotel is very quiet and we were able to rest after a nightmare journey which meant we didn’t reach Ithaca until almost 2am. So thankful for this Marriott and pleasantly surprised by it! Would definitely recommend, especially if you have a very early flight to catch or a very late arrival that would make traveling onwards difficult.

Not a huge issue but I would’ve liked fresh towels & bed made after night one of a two-day stay, without having to ask. At the $$$, it doesn’t seem like an unreasonable expectation. Got back to my room too late to have housekeeping service.

Kassandra the head of housekeeping was absolutely amazing. When I went into the room I was given the thermostat wasn't working correctly. She tried to fix it as maintenance had left for the day but couldn't so she went downstairs and got me a different room and helped me move my things and brought me a fan to boot!

Yes, KAREN from the restaurant went miles above to help me . We couldn't make it to Kiplinger's theatre without her help. She went on call a cab then kept checking if we were okay till he arrives. Her service was amazing. The chicken wings and fries were delicious. Really Karen needs to be recognized.

The girl at the reception was not friendly at all. She was bothered of asked a question.

It is a Marriott property! The Staff (Steven and a lady whose name I did not catch) were friendly, engaging, and helpful! The hotel was what you expect but it felt like the staff were all super friendly and invested in your stay being great!

The pool was cold for MY taste but it was pristine and my girls enjoyed it!

We were glad to find covers on the mattresses to prevent bed bugs. I liked the location of our room, second flooor, near the door.

Cost of coffee was more e pensive than expected. We did not eat breakfast there. There is not much space between the toilet and the bathroom door.

The temperature in the rooms doesn't go down below 67 in the rooms with older heating/cooling system and below 65 in rooms with newer heating/cooling sys (I get very bad hot flashes); no microwave in rooms but staff brought me one

I liked the cleanliness of the room and the pleasant attitude of the workers. I liked that it was not in an area that made me concerned about my car. I liked the cold water fountain near the workout room, but water and coffee should be easily available in the lobby. I liked being able to meet friends in the lobby.

I did not like a charge for breakfast. It was a bit pricey. Servide was great.. I did not like dirt of sand at the bottom of the pool or that the jacuzzi was broken. I did not like the distance to other restaurants, none in walking distance. A water fountain and some complimentary coffee should be avaiable in the lobby, perhaps along with some cookies. I did not like the price on Friday night. In fact, I checked out and went to another hotel although our gathering was at the Marriott..

Bed was comfortable, room was big. The pool was clean and a perfect temperature. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Location was great for us, a quiet area that was still an easy drive into the city or to hiking.
