Breakfast was terrific, as was the breakfast room staff. Room was exceptional. Cleanliness was very good. As we traveled with a small dog, pet friendly policy was essential.

Disappointed the swimming pool was out of service the whole time we were there. That was the main reason we chose C.I. and S. by Radisson in the first place, as my grandchildren were looking forward to joining us to use the pool.

The bed was very comfortable. There was the bedroom with separate lounge which was useful. I did choose this property for the extra space since we were staying 4 nights. The hotel is about a 10 minute drive out of Ithaca and is central to exploring the area although you have to drive into Ithaca for restaurant options.

The breakfast is extensive but not great quality. We stayed four nights. The rooms are cleaned after 3 days so even though we stayed 4 nights our room was not cleaned during that time. Extra soap etc was available from reception.

From the moment we walked in, we felt welcome. The front desk guy was the nicest and very welcoming. He was an exceptional employee and very friendly and answered any question that we had. I also want to mention that my daughter left her Christmas card with $50 cash in it and when I called two days later after getting back to Orlando, I thought the worst that they weren’t gonna have it because I know that she left it in the room, well to our surprise, the cleaning staff. Found it and put it in the safe and that is a very honest cleaning staff and I appreciate it so much because my daughter was so heartbroken because it was a Christmas card from her grandfather that has been very ill. I will always come back to the same hotel, no matter what and because of the experiences that I’ve had they have a customer for life. You have some great employees that make it a great place.

We only had one issue while we were there and that was that the toilet didn’t flush and when we tried to call the front desk, the phone in our room number 208 did not work so we had to go downstairs and let them know but it was fixed that same day that we told them when we came back from visiting friends.

All accommodations were good for price. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Gluten free options at breakfast were limited. Although a nice board indicated items that were gluten free, I was unable to obtain these from the staff in the breakfast room. Although she was very friendly and tried her best to help, she could not speak English so communicating about what we needed or were requesting for gluten free options was very difficult. She also told us many of the options listed on the gluten free option board/list were not in fact available.

Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was great, changed options on different days. Reception was very welcoming. I had a warm cookie one night that was delicious. Location was close to everything I personally wanted (downtown Ithaca, Ithaca Falls, Buttermilk Falls).

Television - it defaulted to HMD1 and had to manually select "TV" whenever it was used. And no guide so had to just scroll about. Hard not having a window in the couch area (too dark) so I didn't use that much.

Price was way better than others in the area for what we got. Proximity to buttermilk falls is a huge plus. Uber into town was only 13 bucks. Check in was fast and staff were friendly. The cheaper hotels in the area have had recent bed bug issues so we tried here, and am very glad I did! Cleaners working hard in the midday hours were also very friendly and kind when I locked myself out.

Toilets flush slowly, and you have to hold the handle the whole time. Not a huge issue, just weird.

Everything was a great--clean, comfy beds, and a good location. I always enjoy a hot breakfast and they had the waffle maker so we were all happy and content before striking out to visit nearby waterfalls! Staff were all friendly and helpful.

The only reason I did not give it a 10 was because one of the features I was looking for was an indoor pool. They had one and of course it was not operational. I wish they would update their listings. It made me cancel the second night in Ithaca and book somewhere else.

Location good. Clean and comfortable.

I have stayed here numerous times because of location, cleanliness and price. This time the cleaning service outdid themselves as my room was spotless!! Front desk was very accommodating as well.

I wish the outdoor parking lot was repaved. There are still large potholes from my first visit in 2023. The price was higher than normal but again I was visiting during college move in week so I know unfortunately prices are higher at all hotels.

Location was nice easy to get anywhere..beds were comfortable. Breakfast was decent.

Checking in staff wasn't friendly at all..not even a hello when we walked in. Was told rooms not ready until 3 which was fine but at 3 an hour later it still wasn't ready. Walls were thin the guy in the room next to ours snored all night keeping me awake. Seriously.
