Excellent location. Contactless, Easy check in; parked in lot early in day (before check in); outlets for charging phones.

MOTEL (Outside a bit run down looking) room - big white echo-y box; very bright all night - no need for bathroom light (light outside?) No on-site staff (main building is ice cream parlor, staff is all kids & building is closed in evenings/morning) No soap (1 small body gel, a frw shampoos) No tissues No mirror outside of bathroom Toilet glugged thru night Shower & sink very slow to drain Toilet didn’t flush after showers Ikea like furniture & decor (plastic plant) King bed was very soft- dont sleep close to edge or might roll off

What I love about this place is that the staff are so warm and friendly and helpful and it's so close to everything in town.

The only thing I thought was frustrating is that we couldn't get the tv to work the way the directions said but we figured out a cable was unplugged and thought maybe that sort of thing should be double checked in the rooms each time they are cleaned in case the previous people did that for some reason. It would just avoid frustration with the next guest. That being said I could care less about tv but it helps my boyfriend get to sleep.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. Carried our bags up for us and made sure we were comfortable. My daughter and I stayed in the 2 bedroom suite which was perfect. Everything was clean and well maintained. The beds were super comfortable! Had everything we needed. We felt very safe and secure staying there.

Staff were extremely helpful and accommodating. Location is right in town rooms are smaller but very nice and well kept . I highly recommend Oh can’t forget the awesome homemade ice cream

I don’t think I can say anything negative . Some may state rooms are small but I feel they were well laid out and cozy at a reasonable price that is well located in town !

The comfort and space. The small bottles of lotion and shampoo, conditioner. The room was cosy with both heat and ac. Felt safe with the locks in entrance during after hours. Free parking. Walking distance to many places. Restaurants and attractions. The creamery inside the facility.

The location couldn’t have been better. It was a block and a half from the Gorge trail which was the purpose of our visit. The hotel also offers homemade ice cream and wood fired pizza! Paige was very pleasant and helpful with restaurant suggestions and where to find great waterfalls nearby.

This is more a disappointment than a didn’t like. We booked a deluxe queen room and felt it was more of a basic room. For the price we paid and only a one night stay it was fine. We pulled the bed away from the wall for our comfort during our stay so my husband didn’t have to climb over or wake me during the night.

Location was great and there were ample parking spaces. The contactless check-in made things easy.

Wish there was a coffee maker in the room or coffee prepared in the lobby downstairs in the morning. The instant coffee with hot water wasn't the best. We also didn't know about the outside door code. Someone had to help us.

The motel is located on the main street in the downtown. We were able to walk to the Watkins Glen State Park and easily tour the gorge. This is a big plus if you are intending to hike the gorge and you will save the $10 parking fee at the park. There were lots of good restaurants within walking distance. There is an outdoor pizza restaurant on the premises where you can eat your pizza at tables at a shaded patio and watch the pedestrians and traffic go by. There is also an ice cream parlor that seemed very popular in the building. Customers can sit in comfy chairs by the lawn to eat their ice cream. Although, the motel is on the main street, our room was quiet. We were pleasantly surprised by how large and bright our room was. We were able to park right beside our room.

The location was excellent and in the middle of town. To get to the Watkins Glenn Trails was only a block & a half away, saving parking fees of $10/day. We ate at the Fire Roasted Pizza at the Inn and the Pizza was outstanding!! The Manager at the Inn was so nice and helpful & so was the owner/cook at the Pizza Stand. The room was cozy & clean. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to Watkins Glenn. Thank you so much for the hospitality!!!!

That we had to leave and go home, we had a excellent time and stay!

We love that the double rooms are actually separate rooms, everything is very clean and tidy. I love the history of the building and the owners were sweet as could be and very helpful

The new owner haven't had the property that long, and I can see that there are a lot of updates being made I know they are working and doing a few more things for instance the blinds in the bedroom really need to be replaced, but they open and close and that was what's important
