Hotel was nice, clean and staff was great. There is a small pool and tiny gym but that was ok. Rooms was quite big and clean. Maybe not a newest furniture and beds were a too soft for me but still great for a price. Brekfast was ok, not much of a choice but staff was always making sure that all items are available.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Room was on first floor and was still quiet. The bed was very comfortable. Pool was great. The location was perfectly located to surrounding area. Our primary visit was to the Corning Museum. The downtown area was also fun for families and adults only.

Quality of the breakfast offerings should be improved. Packaged waffles are unappealing.

The staff was amazing. Just the nicest most easy going people. And quick tontesolve antbproblemd. Extremely efficient and kind. They were all wonderful. The room and the whole hotel were very clean.

Location, near Starbucks! Easy to get to the two museums. Staff was super!

The heat fan was loud. The toilet was very loud. Both made sleeping harder. Room 104 perfect for two older women.

the fact that i was over charged for was the only issue . booking told me 127.68 with all taxes and fee my card was charged 150.00 . and i do not know why i was over charged .

Poor breakfast.The rest of our stay was excellent! Thank you very much to all staff to keep this hotel in very nice condition. !! We will certainly recommend this hotel to our friends.

THE ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN OF NICE SIZE ! THE TV WORKED WELL AND IT WAS QUIET

THE BREAKFAST WAS ALMOST NON EXISTENT BECAUSE THERE WERE SO MANY GUESTS THAT SHOWED UP AT 8 AM !! THE POOR HELPER COULD NOT KEEP UP WITH THE DEMANDS !! WE LEFT AND CAME BACK AND IT WAS NOT MUCH BETTER ! WE HAD COFEE AND JUICE AND AT THE LAST MOMENT AN EGG TORTIEA ! WE HAD A 0 30 SLOT AT THE MUSEUM AND LEFT HUNGRY AND FRUSTRATED ESP. WHEN THE COST OF THE ROOM WAS HIGH ! THE STAFF WAS NICE BUT WHAT COULD THEY DO !! A ROOM FULL OF TOURISTS !!

Breakfast at 9am was overdone. In steamer too long or hot? Coffee in the lobby was excellent!

The location is really good, close to the Corning downtown, even Walmart is close by. The room was clean and good. The breakfast spread was also decent. Overall value for money and enjoyed our stay here.

Nothing to highlight

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. They put us on the first floor and close to a door which was perfect for us. The pool was nice too good temperature and I had it all to myself. A couple people walked in and someone who appeared to be a manager peeked in and was very friendly

At night the highway sign was not lit up so I went passed my turn and the only thing that would have made this a better hotel was a bar!
