Everything, from guy at conceirge to the rooms size and cleanliness everything was amazing, next morning breakfast was so convenient and good and had variety for everyone, on the morning of the breakfast the girl was super helpful and helped us out at so many occasions. There were few things not working in the breakfast area but she was there to help reset and have them working again and helped us. Checkout was seamless as well

Only one thing. We were in room 120 and the toilet seat there needs changing, its not dirty per say but it looks like its dirty with all the cuts and stuff on it from wear and tear over time but again it just looked that way, but was clean

Had two rooms next to each other but there wasn’t a connecting door on the inside. I would have liked to have that door since my kids were in the other room. Also, I pre checked in because you texted and emailed me links to do so numerous times but the front desk could not find my reservation at all at first. The person had my thinking I was at the wrong hotel and I had a mini panick attack thinking I messed up. I showed him the confirmation email and thankfully he found it saying someone put it in the wrong place????? There was only one towel in bathroom so husband went downstairs for more, not a big deal but something that I haven’t experienced at other hotels.

Room was comfortable and it was located close to the conference I was attending.

Staff at check-in could not locate my already confirmed and prepaid reservation. He was rude to me about it and not helpful whatsoever. Finally 20 minutes later, he said he found it under cancellations, but I am doubtful that was true as I had all of my reservation information on hand to show him. He didn’t like that I had used a third party to reserve my stay, said the confirmation number and emails meant nothing to him. Then I realized a few days later that he charged me again for the 4 day stay.

Room was good, the bed was comfortable. the free Wifi was good. I did not have any problems with the Breakfast, had good options and surprisingly tasted good. My only complaint is the cleanliness, room was cleaned only on the places we could see. there was a lot of filth under the bed and the Sofa, rest of the room was clean.

Convenient to the campground where friends were staying.

Coffee pot was dusty. Bed sheets were not changed and the room was not cleaned/vacuumed during our stay. Towels were not replenished daily. Shower nozzle only had two working settings. Coffee, cups, creamer, sugar packets etc. were not replaced daily.

VERY understaffed....never anyone at the front desk if you needed something and the poor girl cleaning the rooms was running around like a chicken with her head cut off trying to cover the desk as well

Very clean room The room did lack table lamps, it had recess lighting which was fine but different. I would stay there again, staff was friendly. I didn't have breakfast but I notice that they had a nice selection of stuff. Very happy with my stay!

It’s close to town, their breakfast options were well stocked and a good variety, it’s clean and quiet.

We had asked if possible to check in a couple of hours early and was told we couldn’t because the housekeeping hadn’t cleaned all the rooms yet, but yet we had checked the night before and knew there was vacancy the night before, and when we got to the property that day there was no one else there (all rooms were dark and no cars in parking lot) which makes me think there was an empty room they could have let us in early. It was disappointing that there was no effort made to be accommodating or even keep us on standby to give us a call as soon as a room was ready. We were just simply told no.

Great breakfast and very nice staff! Also, has a huge grocery store across the street, so very convenient. Though not within walking distance to Annapolis (for us), we would be happy to stay here again when back in town.

The rooms were clean and the breakfasts had a good variety.

For us it was just seeing the updating that was going on. Just make sure equipment is fixed. Example: coffee maker for guests in lobby was confusing even with note.
