The building and facilities are very nice and clean. Breakfast was decent. The hotel location to downtown Hornell is nice. The regular trains going by is pleasant.

Parking is very limited when the hotel is fully booked. There are many electric vehicle charging stations that are underutilized. Thus, guests with conventional vehicles are hesitant to park in the EV spot when all parking spots are occupied.

Location was very convenient for me, unfortunately i arrived late and had to leave early, so I did not really use anything else besides the bed and the shower but it was clean and convenient. Room smelled fresh and there were no issues.

As mentioned, I only spent there a couple of hours to get some sleep in. There were people sitting just outside and smoking, but the smell did not go in the rooms, so that is not an issue at all.

Like that it had a Tesla charger.

Didn't like that checkout was 11am and a staff member was knocked on our door around 9/9:30am to see if we checked out. I understand people just leave nowadays and don't return the room cards, but at least wait till actual checkout time.

It was clean and quiet, despite being right in the center of town. The girl who checked us in was very polite and prompt and very informative, I think her name was Kristen?? She definitely made a great first impression for us when we arrived.

It seems a little overpriced for the area, and I’ve stayed in bigger/more luxurious properties for less.

I thought the breakfasts were great! It was always well stocked and clean getting our breakfasts. I would definitely stay again.

Everything was well worth the cost

Our room was clean and with functioning TV microwave and refrigerator all working well. The staff here was very nice and accommodating.

It would be nice to have charger ports in the rooms but not a necessity

The staff was extremely friendly. They went out of their way to make sure everything was clean and if anything was needed.

A comforter on the beds would be good and a coat of paint in the bathrooms

Everything was perfect! The staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast was outstanding, access to the parking area was very convenient and the room was quiet, even though the motel was at capacity.

It would be nice to have had more options for breakfast. I am gluten free and there was a cheese omelete and bacon and both of them look and tasted terrible.
