It was very convenient to the areas we were visiting. It was comfortable and clean. The breakfast area had a great selection of options. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. I was especially happy to see there was a shower bench available for my use. I’ve never seen one available in any other hotel

I had an accessible room which was great. The shower curb needs to be higher though as the whole bathroom flooded when I took a shower. I was so happy to see there was a shower bench available but the base of the shower was too low and water ran everywhere.

I like the location. Check in was easy. Room very clean.

Breakfast. Not good at all. Waffle maker had everything to make waffles but not turned on. No orange juice. Fruit was just apples and oranges. Look thrown together quickly. Coffee was ice cold in the pumps. We did not have time to wait took what we had to work with and left. Breakfast is an important part it starts your day.

Lots of parking, grassy area for my dog, close to a dog park, friendly staff, hot water out all day

The side doors alternately wouldn’t open to my keycard or would be left propped open with a rock. The key card in general was a little fussy, and had to be inserted rather than tapped, which can be a little tricky with a dog in tow.

The hotel has undergone renovations since the last time we visited. It has been freshly painted, with new flooring and furniture added. Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable.

I like that they are pet friendly and didn't charge me for my poodle. and staff gave me extra pillow which made our sleep much better after 17 hours drive

The bed skirts ars torn. Probably should just be removed. Stayed in 2 different rooms and both were torn. Fresh fruit(oranges) at breakfast were rotted.

This is convenient to business in the Hornell area. It is within a mile of grocery and restaurants. It is in sight of the highway. The rooms are very clean.

My only nitpick is that the caulk line in the showers is almost always mildewed when I stay here.

The breakfast was just OK...I tried to have cereal but the milk was not fresh, so I adjusted and had a yogurt and an apple. Rooms were clean and neat but a bit small.

Better breakfast and the rooms could have been a bit larger.

Bathroom shower head was moving to much from the hole in the wall. You only can used the one setting and I told them if you tried to move that up will break and I was afraid of breaking it
