breakfast was adequate. fresh fruit was over ripe and bruised the first day. Improved after that. All the prepared options were highly salted.

A clock in the room would have been great. Also an addition chair or small bench next to the bed to put a cell phone flashlight and other objects to have handy in the middle of the night would be great.

Beautiful, modern, well decorated facilities. Staff was super friendly and professional! Big room/big bathroom Hotel was quiet and safe Breakfast had good options and was hot and appreciated Loved having a pool AND spa pool

The mattress itself was…uncomfortable The hotel/halls/rooms/pool area were very clean; however, someone had spilled coffee when their lid popped off the cup, apparently. The lid and coffee remained on the ground for some time. (It was near the elevator, so my kids stepped in it getting off lol) Staff may not have been made aware. Otherwise, hotel and stay was EXCELLENT

The app would not let me check in ahead of time. After check-in, only the virtual key card worked, our physical keys, deprogramed after the first use in our room. It would also be nice if the virtual key card opened up the exterior exits and access to the pool and fitness room.

The staff and the breakfast was great. So glad to have 2 beds- I like to stretch when I'm in bed. The only issue I had was the bed was too hard for me and I didn't sleep well. That was my only issue.

The location is a place I have stayed before. The facility met all my expectations. The desk clerk was awful, which is very unusual!

The desk clerk actually gave us someone else's room and overcharged my credit card!

Clean rooms. Plenty of room in the accessible room. Loved the openness of the lobby and breakfast areas. Complimentary coffee available 24 hours is a great perk also. The location of the hotel was in a very convenient area with a Walmart and a Tim Hortons right across the road.

Great location, good breakfast, comfortable beds and like that the pool was open until 10.

Loud guests. I know that isn't the hotels fault, but we requested a room in the quietest part of the hotel, and putting us on the second floor and someone directly above us on the third floor (who sounded like they were literally moving furniture around most of the night) was probably not the best way to honor our request.

We stayed there last year and hope to return in future years. Convenient location to meet up with my wife's late sister's significant other, visit the cemetery and have dinner with everyone.

Liked everything except the weather that weekend. Miserable when we left Philadelphia, nice in Geneseo and back to miserable in Philly.

Everything accept the noise till after midnight

The noise and when sitting on my bed in my room trying to enjoy a peaceful night the headboard started moving The kids in the room next door were jumping on the beds I believe in children and families enjoying New Years Eves. but there should also be rooms away from the families so single people can enjoy their time too

All was fine and it was nice to have bowling and a restaurant right next door, a drive thru Ice Cream parlor, and we caught a movie at the Geneseo Theater just down the street!
