Check in was super easy.The room was clean and the location was good. I'm not sure why it got the reviews it did, but I would definitely stay there again on my next trip to rochester!. A little distance from downtown area, but easy on and easy off from the highway.Hotel was quite and the room was big. Breakfast is included in the morning and it's not a bad selection.

I called before hand to see the deposit for the room but if i didnt then i wouldnt of known there was one cause she didnt say anything upon check in.The lamps in my room didn't work, and also there was broken glass out in the parking lot that never got cleaned up.

Location easily reached from thruway, stores and restaurants short drive away, staff friendly and courteous on check-in, beds clean and comfortable, small frig/microwave/safe in room a plus, continental breakfast nice with waffles/cereals/bagels/toast/coffee/juices; small comfortable lobby area to relax in

Location was great, the hotel is recently renovated.

Housekeeping was awful. The floor in the room looked like never been mopped, my socks got super dirty is seconds. The staff did not even take out garbage every day. There was no hand soap and just one small bottle of shampoo for our entire stay. Breakfast was very poor. Every time we came something was ran out - hot water, no coffee, no bread, no juice. The staff does not restock breakfast items.

I seem to be having issues when I end up on the second floor… second time some issues occurred… electric socket not in wall properly and had to be careful. Roof leaking, most likely from all the rain. The time before it was a toilet. They just run slow, but they are older toilets! Also, ran out of shower gel at hotel twice now. Never had issues before, but really seem to like the first floor better…

For the price it exceeded my expectations. The room layout was great. I was not expecting a microwave and refrigerator. Check in and out was quick and easy. The parking lot was well lit.

The water pressure was a little slow and the shower curtain had a spot where someone obviously blew their nose and wasn’t rinsed off. The water also had a little bit of a musty smell, but for the value these are minor things.

Easy access

Breakfast stinks! Nothing but juice and coffee, toast maybe a bagel. Waffle machine empty one day , didn’t work another day. No fruit, eggs or meats, sausage, breakfast sandwiches, no milk for cornflakes nothing for microwave even to warm up. Very disappointing, disappointed!

the staff and overall ,the stay and location was very good for us ,the breakfast was very nice, would definately stay here again

only one morning ,the breakfast items were very low or none existant, and the orange juice machine was inop

Thr bedroom was fine, although I got to push the staff to get extra toilet tissue and face tissue.

The ice machine very dirty, our bedroom air conditioner was dirty, filter dirty, yellow color, like it wasn't changed for a long time.

The bed was very comfortable and clean. The woman at the front desk was very helpful when the TV wasn't connected to any service for channels. The amenities in the room were nice.

I walked around in our room with my socks and they got very dirty. The juice machine gave nothing but water for breakfast and there were only 2 oranges for fruit. I would have liked some yogurt or muffins rather than just toast.

Decent room. Obviously the franchise owners are trying to upgrade the property. Lobby is nicely done and welcoming. Rooms are clean and newly painted. Tell tale signs of upgrades such as patches where there were lights in the bathroom. Overall good for an economy lodging.
