I needed a weekend getaway and it was just what I needed. . The room was spacious, clean, and was stocked with everything I needed. The staff was pleasant and answered my questions. The one housekeeper was the sweetest and very hardworking.

My only two complaints were it was super cold in the pool and in the room. The staff tried to adjust it in the pool, but no success. My last day it was closed off so maybe that's why. The other was there was a note that you couldn't adjust the heat in the room. I was brought a blanket, but literally had to wear sweatshirts to bed

The location was very nice and the room was clean

When I checked out today I told the girl at the front counter the fan on the air conditioner system was very load and she didn’t seem to care. She didn’t write it down or say she was sorry. I think that’s unacceptable She represented the hotel that way. We had a genuine concern with waking us up all the time and she didn’t care. Cliff Brazie

The pool was nice and clean. The breakfast was good. The room was clean. The staff was nice. The gym was nice and clean. Basically everything you'd want in a hotel. And it was close drive to seabreeze and the museum of play.

Only thing I wish was for breakfast that they would of had scrambled eggs. They had cheese omelets which probably many people like. But for those who don't maybe put a small thing of scrambled eggs on the side :)

Where to even start .....smiles on arrival ,just what you need to see after a delayed flight! Efficient I was booked in and given my keys to get me on my way,great customer service.... I get to my room where I spend the next 4 days .... bliss clean tidy , massive bed so soft and comfy. Going down to breakfast to be greeted with smiles and joy. Great selection of food and drinks ..... location was great , walking distance to anywhere or just a short Uber ride. The team made me love Rochester even more . Thank you to you all. I had the best Christmas Eve experience.

Staff was great. Breakfast was very good. Bed and room was very comfortable

The shower door was jammed open. We had to walk in sideways to get in the shower. Also the exhaust fan did not work. We reported this when we first got there on Saturday And mentioned it again on Monday when we checked out. Also the toilet paper holder fell apart.

Location. Lots of good restaurants and many stores for shopping and convenient services nearby.

Had to wait about 40 mins. before my room was ready. Other guests also had to wait for their rooms. Breakfast eggs & sausage rather bland. Limited selection of foods for breakfast.

Clean, comfortable room, convenient location to RIT. Breakfast was very good, and the price was also very good. THE STAFF TREATED US VERY WELL AND MADE US FEEL WELCOME

When rooms are booked for 2 nights you should put extra towels in the rooms, I didn't like to have to ask for more towels.

The breakfast was like you would typically expect in regards to the items available. It was well stocked. The location was excellent. It was slightly set back from the road, and this made for a quiet location. Easy access to all food and shopping locations.

Everything went well for our 5 day stay. No issues whatsoever.

Great location, nice and clean rooms and lobby! Great options for breakfast that is included and a great pool my kids didn't want to get out of. staff are polite and efficient. easiest check in ever!

This property met and even exceeded expectations. Everything about this hostel is exceptional, from the staff to the rooms to the included breakfast was good. There were plenty of selections for just about anyone for breakfast. The room was exceptional, right down to the personal touch of having my name appear on the big screen tv in welcome.

Nothing, there was nothing to dislike, for me, at this location.
