I needed a weekend getaway and it was just what I needed. . The room was spacious, clean, and was stocked with everything I needed. The staff was pleasant and answered my questions. The one housekeeper was the sweetest and very hardworking.

My only two complaints were it was super cold in the pool and in the room. The staff tried to adjust it in the pool, but no success. My last day it was closed off so maybe that's why. The other was there was a note that you couldn't adjust the heat in the room. I was brought a blanket, but literally had to wear sweatshirts to bed

The pool was nice and clean. The breakfast was good. The room was clean. The staff was nice. The gym was nice and clean. Basically everything you'd want in a hotel. And it was close drive to seabreeze and the museum of play.

Only thing I wish was for breakfast that they would of had scrambled eggs. They had cheese omelets which probably many people like. But for those who don't maybe put a small thing of scrambled eggs on the side :)

Where to even start .....smiles on arrival ,just what you need to see after a delayed flight! Efficient I was booked in and given my keys to get me on my way,great customer service.... I get to my room where I spend the next 4 days .... bliss clean tidy , massive bed so soft and comfy. Going down to breakfast to be greeted with smiles and joy. Great selection of food and drinks ..... location was great , walking distance to anywhere or just a short Uber ride. The team made me love Rochester even more . Thank you to you all. I had the best Christmas Eve experience.

That I had to leave

The breakfast was like you would typically expect in regards to the items available. It was well stocked. The location was excellent. It was slightly set back from the road, and this made for a quiet location. Easy access to all food and shopping locations.

Everything went well for our 5 day stay. No issues whatsoever.

This property met and even exceeded expectations. Everything about this hostel is exceptional, from the staff to the rooms to the included breakfast was good. There were plenty of selections for just about anyone for breakfast. The room was exceptional, right down to the personal touch of having my name appear on the big screen tv in welcome.

Nothing, there was nothing to dislike, for me, at this location.

The woman working the breakfast room could have used some competent help. She was really working hard trying to keep up with demand while the people in the back part of the kitchen seemed to be new to the job and not all that helpful.

I didn't like that I was charged once by booking.com in July and again while we stayed there in August. I will be trying to sort this out.

Those little packets of hard boiled eggs at breakfast were very handy. Portable protein. The pool was also cozy and the music was good as I swam.. Great way to relax before bed.

The staff at the front desk were excellent - friendly and professional.

At times it seemed as though they had difficulty in keeping up with eliminating waste in the breakfast and coffee area.

Rooms were clean and staff was very friendly and helpful.

The only complaint I have was that the alarm went off a around 3:00 am but to my knowledge there was not fire. Although I do understand that was a safety issue with guests.

Breakfast was good and the location was also good but a little difficult to get into and out of the courtyard due to traffic, especially for (New Comers) into town.

All good. Nothing terrible to comment about.
