Both day and night staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. There was a coffee bar and water machine in the lobby. There were plenty of towels and outlets in our room. TV had a lot of entertainment options. Free parking and we didn't have trouble finding a spot, even when returning to the hotel late at night. It was a very affordable stay and was of good value. The location was close to where we needed to be, including the airport. A few restaurants right next to the hotel so we didn't have to drive.

There were things we noticed but they didn't ruin our experience. For the price that we paid, we were realistic about our expectations. There was one elevator, but we didn't have to wait too long (sometimes we didn't have to wait). Breakfast was basic. No microwave or kettle in the room, but there were other amenities like fridge, hairdryer and iron.

Breakfast consisted of bagels, yogurt, oranges, boiled eggs, juices and coffee. The facilities were modern and clean. Rooms are very basic; no microwave, coffee makers, ect. There is a 24-hour coffee station and microwave in lobby. Location is safe, near a couple of restaurants within walking distance, and parking was abundant. Staff was friendly, thorough, and check-in was efficient.

Price was high (almost $200 for one night), considering lack of individual room amenities, minimalist decor, and nothing substantial to do in the immediate area. They also place a $100 hold on your credit card; mine was charged twice; total of $200 in hold fees in addition to the room fees (this was corrected upon calling the hotel after checking out and removed the following business day).

Easy to enjoy a stay here and wish I could have stayed longer. My room had everything I needed: desk, small fridge, reading chair & lamp, comfy bed, hot shower, nice bath products. No issue parking, great staff, 24/7 coffee and tea bar, and a satisfying breakfast. Did I mention noon checkout? Yes, I could relax, enjoy breakfast, get an hour of work done and not feel rushed.

My only disappointment is the coffee was simply too weak.

The rooms, bed, bathrooms, convenience store area, and coffee/tea/ hot water were all nice and very clean

Could of had a bit more variety in the breakfast assortment. Bathrooms were all clean and nice but i saw some scratches in the tub and the water would build up in the shower when i used it, like the water running was too much for the drain. Other than those minor things everything was right as rain!

First of all, we loved the staff who made it feel like you have known them your whole life .... the hotel is clean the rooms are clean and the facilities are great including swimming pool, gym, washing equipment and breakfast. We had a comfortable stay rooms are well equipped with TV, fridge , hot drink maker complementary washing AC and the beds are so nice to sleep in. Our flight was cancelled, and they did everything to get us back in for 1 night without hesitation. If anything, the team was so excited to see us again, which melted the frustration of the cancelled flight. We will definitely be staying again. Had a little issue with the drains ,this was sorted at lighting speed with zero issues. The staff are always happy to help the team are a great asset to the company. Thank you

Going home

The entire staff was exceptional! From arrival to departure & every day of my stay all the staff was wonderful. The lobby, hallways, breakfast room were very well maintained. The lobby offered coffee, tea and cookies daily, a lovely touch on arrival and each day. My suite was nicely appointed, very clean and the bed was comfortable. The suite (kitchenette suite) was very well laid out & also provided a desk with an adjustable desk chair, a leisure chair and ottoman and a wide range of lighting options in each area of the room. The air conditioning unit worked wonderfully (and it was exceedingly HOT weather). The room door provided additional safety security which was greatly appreciated. Breakfast exceeded my expectations in variety and quality as did the hotel grounds (lovely landscaping at the entrance). I'd highly recommend a stay here.

The room and the property are exceptional. The room the layout, assessory for storage and traveling with luggage was well thought out. The rooms are bright and well lite.

Breakfast, I wish you either had the waffle or pancake maker. Traveling with a child and she was looking forward to make either her pancakes or waffles, and she did not like the rest of the items. Had to go out and buy breakfast.

the fact that there wasn’t enough lights in the room. It was a one bedroom so the livingroom had a desk which was bare (usually a light), no sitting chair or an end table or coffee table. It had no light over the area where coffee pot, fridge was. so it made it difficult to make the coffee or use microwave with only the shadow from the floor lamp over by the couch. The other thing that was funny it didn’t have a dresser in the bedroom so nowhere to put your clothes ( it was an old piece of furniture that use to hold a microwave and fridge.) We did mention it to the clerk that was are only complaint - they explained they were doing middle renovations. Gym was great, breakfast had a lot of choices. Fresh cookies and they had coffee brewing all the time. 

overall a good stay, clean comfortable room.

I was travelling for work. The only issue was that because I used booking.com to book the hotel would not honor my tax exempt form. Booking.com also refused to refund the room tax. I was criticized by our accounting dept. for having tax on my bill. Both booking.com and the hotel refused to refund tax - even though I presented the correctly filled out form. I also would have liked a coffee maker in my room.

The breakfast was very basic. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We stayed here for 2 nights and it was ok. Niagara Falls is just 1.5 hours away. Rochester City is also close. Recommended for a short stay.

The breakfast could be improved. There was just one lift in the whole building which was used by the guests and the staff. It would be nice to have a microwave in the room.
