Staff was friendly and helpful. The room was great, big suite, and great value. Breakfast was included. The location was convenient for work and travel to the highway. Would have enjoyed staying longer but only in 1 day for work.

My only real problem was the $250 security fee at the time of booking, which seems excessive for a 1 night stay. Signage to room and stairs and elevator is not the easiest to follow. 1 remote 2 TVs, not a big issue as the 1 worked on both. I couldn't find where the thermostat was at first, but the front desk helped me find it.

I was in town for a special event and was pleased with the location of the hotel. It was close to the highway and within minutes of the venue. My room was very comfortable and clean. I really loved the pillows there. The water pressure in the shower was amazing. Loved it! The breakfast each morning was nice with plenty of items for all. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I would definitely return to this hotel if I'm in town again in the future.

The hotel was clean, people were friendly, breakfast was ok. The room was good and was perfect to take care of my daughter who was recovering from surgery.

Kitchen - Dishes were in the dishwasher. Took me some time to figure that out. I had several spoons but no spatula. I had to go buy one. Room service never happened. I had to go get towels at the front desk. I had to find housekeeping to get some coffee pods for the coffee pot. It would be great to have the room "freshened up" each day.

Everything about it was great. Rooms were spacious and the pillows so comfortable. Nice clean rooms and the shower pressure was awesome. Very accomadating to have adjoining rooms with our friends.

Freezer had a funky smell but just needed to be cleaned out better and a cob web in the corner but overall a very nice stay.

Great space. Terrific staff. Having two rooms was nice as was the full-sized refrigerator.

It said it had been renovated in 2022 but that seems to only be partially true. Our bathroom had loose tiles and aging fixtures. The pull-out sofa mattress was quite thin; compared to the king bed it seemed unfair to make someone sleep on it.

Kitchen is very good but the pans were not clean in the dishwasher , it had left over food and didn’t clean by the dishwasher. It was too dry that even couldn’t clean by hand. So didn’t get any help to cook some baby food.

Room was clean and comfortable. Shower was good.

Breakfast was ok but the lack of perishables - some fruit, yogurt, cheese (to combine with the egg and sausage pattie and a bagel or english muffin) would be great Hotels like these need better pillows. The feather pillows flatten out to easily. Foam are better.

Room was upgraded to a suite with 2 king beds instead of 2 separate rooms. Maria was wonderful. It was quiet, conveniently located, and an ideal place to stay.

I liked the bed was in a separate space for sleeping. Liked the toilet was closed off from the bathroom sink.

Didn’t like waking up to a preset alarm at 6am didn’t think to check the alarm clock. Would suggest the cleaning staff check for previous alarms. It really was disturbing.
