I was very surprised at how clean and nice it looked on the inside. New beds the hallways even smelted so good and fresh!! The ice machines all worked vending machines as well. Staff were friendly and the Continental breakfast was very yummy!! I was surprised at all of the options. You can tell that put money into the place. Which I appreciated very much. No noise at all. I would stay again if I ever went back to Rochester.

The outside of the hotel had me feeling unsafe at first. People were sitting outside on the ground. Rooms are small

Parking was good and accessible. Breakfast was excellent! The staff was friendly and helpful. I was a little concerned about being next to the airport but the planes didn't bother us - we slept well! I liked the alcove on the second floor I got up early and read there.

I was hoping that the public bathroom next to the elevator first floor would work, but it was out of service for three days - too long!

Very conveniently located for my purposes of visiting my daughter at RIT and having an EARLY morning flight returning home. Rooms were clean, updated, and check in was pleasant and easy. The shuttle at 4:30 am was fabulous and efficient.

The cost was a bit higher than normal (I've stayed here multiple times), but that was because of everyone descending upon Rochester that weekend for the eclipse. The outside view of the hotel does not do justice to the interior!!

Good place to stay Quiet hotel. Clean room, comfortable bed Bathroom small but very good, shower very good, Wi-fi very good, Easy parking Fridge with freezer compartment Quiet A/C unit Breakfast ; Hot breakfast ; scrabble eggs , bacon, muffins , yogourt and more

Several electrical outlets malfunction. The one in the bathroom is unusable. Faucets have little water; water saving or defect? IMO it is water saving

The free shuttle bus transport from the hotel to the airport. The breakfast option is few but the person preparing the food is very nice. The people from the hotel are so super nice and very helpful.

It's so far away from the city; but then again, it depends on your reason on booking the hotel. If you're staying for a very short while, then the location should be fine. Also, you have to advice the reception if you want your room to be cleaned, if not then they won't clean it for you.

I need leave and to go airport at 5AM. we ordered shuttle bus in this hotel. Very good for early departure person.

Electrical plug is not perfect active. 3point plug is ok. 2point plug is sometime not ok. I think need to 3point plug.

Whole stay was very good,great beds,clean one staff member when called for check out time needs to be trained on customer service,very rude on the phone.Have stayed several times and will continue to do so in the future

The Staff! Be patient. The people at the desk are the people that bring you back and forth to the airport. They will get you there on time! Morning, noon, or in the middle of the night as the case may be. Sweetest young men ever!

Everything was fine, except for a couple of things that could've been better.

Bed pillows were uncomfortable, too flat. The AC sockets for phone chargers in the lamps on both night tables were too loose, basically unusable. Our chargers were falling out.

We were arriving at Rochester airport late at night and needed a place convenient to the airport for an overnight stay. The Best Western was close and they sent a shuttle to pick us up so it was great that we didn't have to deal with getting a taxi at that late hour. The staff were all super friendly and helpful and the room and main areas were very clean. There isn't anything else around there as far as places to eat but for a clean convenient placde to stay for one night it met our expectations.
