I liked where it was located. easy to find places I needed to be.

I did not like that the staff seemed to be bothered that when I asked about a vending machine that had drinks in, the man who worked 2nd shift, looked at me and laughed and then pointed at the store in front of the hotel. and when I checked out on 1/19/25 the attendant looked at me and made me wait to get a receipt.

The hotel was nicer than I was expecting. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast exceeded my expectations. I was pleasantly surprised they had breakfast sandwiches and yogurts in addition to the typical waffles and cereal. Also the waffles were so light and fluffy. I also liked the really wild carpet pattern they had in the hallway upstairs.

The scent they had coming out of the air freshener by the elevator was nice but I was really not a fan of whatever scent they used on the other side of the hall. Also the door for the stairs closest to the elevator on our floor (4th floor) creaked super loud and could probably use some oil.

The breakfast had hot items, not just cereal and toast. The waffles were made with a waffle maker, not frozen, and heated up in the toaster. There was Croissant, egg,cheese, and Sausage sandwiches that were heated in the microwave. - cereal, various breads for toast, juices, coffee, and hot water for tea. We'll worth it .

Tried to use the EV charging station in the parking lot, but it didn't work. It might have been because we had a debit card.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and very quiet; you couldn't hear noise from the rooms next to you.

We had our cat with us because she has no teeth and has to eat wet foods only so we couldn't leave her home; from around 2:30 am until around 4:00 am there was some sound that we couldn't hear but she could and all she did was meow and cry for that time period during our stay.

I like how quiet it was and clean and the night staff was very friendly and very understanding and how they compromise with my situation but whatever I need but most of all it's a very good hotel to stay at for however long a person needs to stay a day or a few nights or live we'll come stay again and will prefer people to stay

the staff was very helpful and respectful. I want to thank Tiffany for her services I also want to thank the older gentleman who helped me in the morning with late check out. Honestly for what you pay for the rooms it’s actually worth it..I will definitely be returning when I come back to Rochester. thank you quality inn staff

Staff, location & price.

The centralize location provided easy access to Rochester's highway system. The room was clean & well maintained.

The property's parking lot isn't fully fenced in along the poorly lit area's bordering the woods.

It was close to stores and restaurants. I especially liked that it was close to a Planet Fitness which is literally 4 minutes away

I loved the food and drinks they offered. Everything was in abundance. The staff was very helpful and pleasant! They also made sure things were clean and sanitary.

Maybe microwave inside the rooms.

Great service and convenience. Breakfast is epic, a key to a great start to the day. Staff on the other hand makes your stay an enjoyable one. Supermarket and restaurants are a short walk away.
