The staff does well with what they have to work with. Our house keeper Rosie was great, especially when we came down with colds! She went above an beyond for us. I did like the location, but it was busy and difficult go get in and out of the property. The Raddison corporate policy uses a 2 day linen change poliy; it should be explained in the porperty perks.

The facility appears to be an engineered trailer construction and some of the floors are buckled, especially the second floor where the rooms adjoins the only elevator area in the first building. Being older and slightly disabled, a rear building elevator would have saved us from walking to the front of the buuilding to use the elevator. The kitchen area was just a microwave and a small fridge and IMHO a suite should have a cooktop and small oven.

Downstairs area was nice; we were put in a room on first floor as requested which worked out great. Close restaurants. Room had both microwave and fridge. Check-in and out were easy. Cookies and coffee availability was pleasing. Bed was comfortable including pillows. Plenty of towels. TV and internet good. I appreciated that the breakfast sausage was turkey.

Weak flush on toilet, weak flow in shower, slow drain in room. Staff absent from desk a lot which was -/+. Curtains were Ugly. Shower stall was great but door kept sliding open and we had to shove a packet in the groove so water wouldn’t go out. Squeaking in corner and footsteps upstairs. Traffic was very heavy but nothing can be done about that. Breakfast textures were unpleasant.

We stayed 3 nonconsecutive nights as we visited our niece at university, visited niagara falls, and then biked parts of the erie canal. We checked in at 11:30pm after a long day of airtravel. They have a cold breakfast area in the lobby available 7x24. We took advantage of it at check-in. Rooms were comfortable and quiet eventhough we were on Rt 31. Location was great 10-15 min south to Pittsfords bike shop. 15-20min away from downtown Rochester. Buffet hot & cold breakfast in the AM had something for everyone. They held a suitcase of street clothes while we biked the erie canal for 2 days and then returned to stay. Also we used their hose to washoff the bikes since they got mucky in the rain on the trail. Will recommend to friends who are also planning to bike the erie canal towpath.

Breakfast was phenomenal, and the fact that some food is available 24/7 was so amazing. We were so busy and my kids utilized this a lot! The space we had in our room was so good. We had 5 in our room. My youngest in a playpen, my middle prefers a blow up mattress, then 3 on the beds. I could believe we fit all thay in the sleeping room and still had ample room to walk.

Housekeeping was a little off. Wouldn't leave toilet paper, sometimes towels weren't replenished, and once they left a vacuum in our room.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Country Inn & Suites! The location is absolutely perfect - close to shops and restaurants! I was having eye surgery, and we wanted to be close to the doctor's office, so that was perfect as well! Our room was very clean and did not have any bad smells whatsoever. Also, the shower water pressure was amazing! Felt like a massage. To top everything off, the staff was incredibly kind and there were delicious and fresh cookies every day. The breakfast was also really good, and they even leave out some drinks and coffee 24/7. We will definitely stay there again if we return!!

There was nothing I didn't like.

The Breakfast was the good standard free breakfast you find at most hotels. Enough options to keep most people happy. The location is on a busy part of Monroe Avenue. Making a left turn onto the property might take some patience during busy traffic times. There is a short cut to a stop light so you won't have to make a left onto Monroe Ave. Just look for the picture on the right of the desk when you check in.

Nothing really, nice place for the price. Room was clean, had all the amenities I wanted (microwave, refrigerator, etc.) No complaints on my end.

Staff is amazing. Friendly, helpful and kind. Great breakfast area. Saw students using same area in the evenings to study. Computer area, and two more semi-private "library" areas with comfortable seating and a smattering of reading materials. Natural gas fire pit outside. Single washer and dryer and small workout room in main building featuring an elliptical, a treadmill, and some weights. Near shopping, and groceries (Wegmans.) Urgent Care across the street and down the road (at least three that we noticed) in both directions. Good restaurants next door and near-by. 15-20 minutes(ish) to RIT, Costco, Lake Ontario. (All in different directions.) All rooms have decently sized mini fridge and a microwave. There's also a mini coffee pot available in each room although we chose to go to the lobby for fresh coffee 24/7. Billed-to-your-room in-room snack s, candy bars, breakfast bars and water in each room, which were cheaper than many snacks by checkout stands in grocery stores. Elevator to second floor. Heads up, hotel exterior getting painted while we were there, so the exterior may have different colors than many online photos show. I believe the bottom brick portion was being painted black. One of the photos might show a taped window which got exterior paint on the building that day.

My personal preference is for the main building, but the "Lodge" had updated rooms. While our second room didn't have a tub, it did have an amazing shower with great pressure, king-size bed, and comfy chair. Fire alarm went off in main building. which was the only downside. Oh, and no pool, which we knew when we booked.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. They had coffee, tea and some simple snacks, fruit and juice available 24/7 which was amazing when travelling with kids who want snacks at odd times. Central location right off the highway and close to shopping areas. Quiet rooms that were clean and comfortable. Electric vehicle chargers on site were a very nice bonus!

The traffic on the main road was awful during rush hour! The hotel provided a map with alternate exit routes but egress was tricky during those times.

Breakfast was wonderful - warm, tasty, wide variety, not at all greasy. Coffee/tea in lobby was great. Bathroom clean & shower roomy with great water pressure. Reception staff very professional, warm, friendly and helpful.

Carpet a bit dated. Vanity sink slow release. Air-conditioning units worked superbly, however we needed to turn the one in the bedroom off during the night (we were in a king suite), as it was blowing directly at us, and we couldn't adjust the vent direction.

After I arrived I found out that my event had been cancelled. I was there for less than two hours and had to drive all the way back home. The staff, both at the front desk and over the phone were very understanding and made sure I got a refund. My room looked and smelled clean. Perhaps I'll stay there if I return to Rochester.

I wasn't a fan of my room being in a separate building and the first thing I noticed was a non-working ice machine. And the location. Didn't like it. Too much traffic. Difficult to find food if you don't research ahead of time. I drove all over the place. Very frustrating. RESEARCH highly recommended.
