Shortly after checking in, I received a text from the front desk to make sure the room was ok and to see if we needed anything. Later that evening, we were attempting to get bottled water from the vending machine and it was sold out. We went to another floor and that vending machine was sold out as well. There was a staff member near by and she asked what room we were in, we told her and within 10 minutes 4 bottles of water were delivered to the room.

We had delicious meals and the staff was amazing. Our dog had a good time judging from his wagging tail. Easy and friendly The location was perfect with coffee shops and restaurants in walking distance. Found Rochester easily walkable great for dogs.

The entire staff were so nice and accommodating all questions and issues they went above and beyond to help us. Daily weather report and notifying us of all things happing in rochester and where to look for items.

The cold

Location was ideal for the venue we were attending.

$10 parking should've been part of the room package, not an add on expense. Other HGI's do this, even in NY.

The hotel is very nice inside, the rooms were great. The bed was a little too hard for me, but other than that we enjoyed our stay and the location for a hockey game was excellent!!

The restaurant had very limited menu so we ate elsewhere but closeby dining options helped ...breakfast was okay but for $15 each it paled in comparison to less expensive places we have stayed

Staff were incredible!!! Rooms clean.

Smelled a lot of Marijuana throughout the hotel!! Pool water was chilly. Not a deal breaker staff made up for that.

Close walking to restaurants and Blue Cross Arena.

The shower curtain needs to be replaced, was extremely damaged; unable to prevent water from going on the floor in the bathroom.

The hotel had a modern vibe with cheerful colors, stylish chandeliers, and trendy furniture. The rooms are pretty soundproof. We were near the elevator and heard nothing. Also, the front desk was friendly and helpful.

It would be nice to figure out a way to exit from garage elevators into the hotel itself. It’s a bit of a nuisance to walk out, and around to the garage….especially in the rain.

The property was well maintained, my room was spacious with a coffee machine and complementary bottles of water, the place was clean and the staff was very kind.

Unfortunately, the street looked sketchy and I didn't feel safe walking around.

The common restrooms in the lobby area were not with soap and need attention. It is a safety issue with the Dining facilities close by.
