My reservation was screwed up but the manager on duty at check in said she would honor it, but when I reviewed the charges that night they had charged me double and when I question it I was told it was because of a security deposit, ok that made sense but at check out the employee checking me out said the manager from the night before was not there and she charged me the normal booking fee witch was almost $300 more than my booking not to mention she was mean and nasty about the whole thing!! I'm disgusted and out $300 for a one night stay.....

We stayed at this property for one night because our group was riding the Erie Canal. Excellent location right on the canal trail. The rooms were quite spacious and clean. They allow bikes to be brought into room for overnight. The breakfast in the morning is included and plentiful. This is the second time we stayed here due to the proximity to the Erie Canal.

There are very few dining or gas options near this property. You do have to drive several miles.

The property was extremely well maintained. Amazing customer service. Kalila provided exceptional customer service. Upon arrival, she was prompt, thorough with the check in information, and friendly. I shared the purpose of our trip - going to the strong museum and she took the time to tell me about the attractions and how my kids would love it! She was so kind and friendly, talking to her made me feel right at home with friends! She also recommended some restaurants for us to dine! You can tell she e really takes pride in providing excellent customer service as she is definitely a people person. She made our stay go above and beyond exceeding our expectations. We’ve stayed at home2suites in Buffalo, and did not have the same experience unfortunately but we are already booking our next stay at this location later this month.

This a new and well equipped hotel. The front desk was crowded with a little league team and parents, but the front desk staff member was "with-it" and worked as efficiently and as politely as possible. She was very welcoming and made sure to put us on a high floor so not to have the sound of the running little feet from the excited young guests overhead. We were there to visit family and friends, so the proximity to the airport, highways, and downtown was PERFECT.

When we went the service road still wasn't paved, so it was a bit muddy.

It appeared to be new

The beds were hard and the kids were terribly loud. I could hear them over my head it was if a demo was driving over my head.

The staff were so welcoming and friendly! Everyone we met gave us a warm hearted hello with a smile. Loved having the bit of extra space with ability to draw the curtain, after a week staying in a cramped NYC hotel room with 3 kids. Kids said the beds were the most comfy out of the 3 hotels we stayed in over the week and apparently we were all snoring lol. I had a great morning swim, and the breakfast and coffee were delicious and plentiful. I would definitely stay again when in the area.

Absolutely nothing

The pillows were so fluffy soft. Great breakfast and staff. Loved the kitchenette - good size fridge/freezer. Even had toaster, dishwasher and kitchen knife I could cut my apples up! They even have Netflix available- but you gotta sign in to your own account.

The bathroom fan was out of order

All of the staff at this hotel were very friendly, helpful, pleasant and exceeded my expectations. The entire hotel was always clean inside and outside. It offers many amenities: gym, pool, laundry facilities, fire pit , grilling area and awesome breakfasts every morning.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the location

It had all the amenities needed! Everything was updated & nice looking! They had nice outside areas with seating. The suite was pretty roomy & had real plates, glasses, silverware, dishwasher, large fridge, etc. oh, and I really liked the full size shampoo, conditioner, & body washes in the shower.

I wish the breakfast was a hot American breakfast with things like scrambled eggs, bacon/sausage, etc. They did have some warm food options like frozen biscuit & muffin sandwiches & frozen omelettes, but sometimes they were not really warm. And trash started piling up quickly once there was a big crowd at breakfast.

The staff was attentive and the facilities clean. Its ease of access to the interstate was good

While it is quiet in the area, there is no ability to walk to any restaurant or fast food options. The only "grocery" within walking distance is a wholesale club - not ideal.
