It was a nice location! The staff was absolutely excellent. 3 out of 4 people who assisted me were so nice and friendly! I believe their names were Kayla, Alexis and I think the last girl’s name started with a D or an S. (Sorry, I forgot!) All of those ladies were so sweet and accommodating to me!

Someone informed me on their smoke break that the reason why they were out in the back was to not deal with any guests since it was her break time. I had pointed out that the door 4 was not working with the key card and that was her response to me.

Waiting for Bookings.com to return one of my unforunate double online payments for our stay. [ Booking # 3848153263 ] Payments made were through Paypal US $318.04 and another by Visa Credit Card US $ 318.04 as well as the $100 security deposit for our stay, Friday July 14 + Saturday July 15, 2022 [Chcked out on Sunday July 16.] I would prefer the returned funds or cancellation through the Visa Credit Card amounts ASAP. I didn’t need it but one of the stove burners didn’t work and I alerted the front desk. A work order was filled out immediately Unsure how quickly the issue was resolved.

Friendly staff very personable. Full size refrigerator, 2 burners and whatever you needed in dishes, silverware, and anything else else just ask.

Breakfast, on first floor we heard every pounding move from second floor we had two dogs and was not advised of the fee ahead of time. $27 PER DOG A DAY. (ONE WAS ONLY 14 WEEKS OLD) FYI We used Bookings.com

Accommodating, courteous and friendly staff. Clean, comfortable and quiet room. Above are my most important attributes for accommodations It was a pleasurable stay.

It was disappointing to have to pay extra for "better" WiFi. Free WiFi should mean free WiFi. Currently, the facility's services offered are misleading. Typically WiFi is provided as a free service at most hotels.

Comfortable and the staff was very friendly. Room was nice.

No breakfast was provided like the details said there would be. That was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Halls smelled like smoke. The hotel could use an update. Thin walls, could hear neighbors well.

Every time my daughter and I stayed, the staff was always friendly. There are restaurants near by; which is convenient. Thank you.

Everything was decent. I wish they have more of a variety of breakfast foods; yogurt, fresh fruit and milk and juice. Thanks!

The guy at the front desk I had told him I had paid n gave me attitude saying that if I had paid he would of not be charging me I showed him my bank account so he can sre I eas charged But he didnt listen I was charged twice plus deposit Lucky next day a nice lady piked up my call n helped me kindly n got my money refunded

Robin at the front desk was amazing. I was having the worst day and she totally turned it around with her customer service. I come to Rochester once a week and need a reliable hotel. I will be booking the rest of my stays here just because of her. thank you Robin!!!
