For my needs, the price and location were absolutely wonderful. The main person in charge was super accommodating especially when he was trying to give me the best location for comfort and to stay away from the smoke. I truly appreciated him carrying my luggage up the stairs and killing the wasp 🐝 in my room.

An elevator would be nice. The outside facility needs a fresh coat of paint and some updating. The breakfast was ok but I was disappointed that there was nothing hot like eggs and sausage.

the rooms were very comfortable and clean. the sheets and bedding smelled like spring. very attentive staff, very quiet stay. great proximity to everything!

when we got there, the outside made us alittle worried but after seeing the updated cozy rooms we quickly realized they have done alot of work but not on the outside. dont judge a book by its cover was the perfect example of this place!

Nice stay inside room real clean

Well the shower When turning the knob right you get real hot hot waster to hot when you turn the knob to the left you get real cold Water when you turn the knob to the middle the water turns off so I had to wash in cold water

We are biking the Empire State Trail. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional. Terrific location for amenities, including a walk in clinic, a Tim Hortons and a Wegmans! Easily accessible to and from the Erie canalway trail.

It was clean and the air conditioner worked.

I found a flea in the bathroom. Or it mightve been a tick. Not sure but it was scary looking.

I didn’t have breakfast as I am intermittent fasting and do not eat until afternoon. This was the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at.

There is nothing I didn’t like

We got put on second story. Not a big deal but would have preferred first floor.

Most things available and practically placed

Astonishing small room to be in the US! (But sufficient for one person alone....) More salt items and cheese (instead of all the sweets) at the breakfast!

Comfortable beds, hot shower, most of the room was very clean, had a fridge and microwave

Tub could have been cleaner, outside was very run down and no sign by the street telling you where it is. The sign on the building wasn't lit up and hard to read at night

Perfect for a short stay while on a long distance bicycle trip on the Empire State Trail. Great room, spacious, clean, good amenities. Owner very helpful & friendly. Great food & supplies in walking or riding distance.

Breakfast could have been better, but considering the room price it was okay.
