I had another hotel booked and her terrible things on my flight over and canceled and booked with fairbridge in Batavia. I got there late and Ricky was so helpful to make sure I was comfortable. As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe and comfortable. Almost like an instant family with the staff as I was coming and going. Thank you for the lovely stay. I'll see you next time

I lived here 6 months and worked here in 2021 and it was a good place then because of price and clean but it's gotten a lot better since then. I was impressed! There were new curtains, they have newer better furniture, the pool was clean and open, they have a working pop and ice machine now, no more bagged cereal bar breakfast and it's now self serve continental (bagels, toast, cereal, and other grab n go type), some rooms have new laminate flooring instead of carpet, it didn't smell like weed or cigarettes, it was clean like always. The towels were folded fancy this time and there was soap. Never seen any bugs here. The staff are always polite, helpful and friendly. It's my favorite place to stay when I'm in the area, and it got way better with all the improvements in the last couple years.

I liked the floors that weren't carpeted, the beds looked newer and were fairly comfortable and the gentleman at the service desk was extremely nice.

Only one garbage can in the room, other hotels have 2-3 in the room. Breakfast was mediocre, hardly any variety. A bit over priced for the area and what was offered in amenities.

Room was clean and the overall facility looks to be upgraded. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. Not fancy, but just what we were looking for. Would definitely stay there again. Very good value! Helpful and friendly staff.

Breakfast was a little bit skimpy, but adequate.

It’s one of the best place where you get everything at one stop, starting with cleaning, breakfast, welcoming staff and comfortable bed, especially pillow and very quite and peaceful place with lots of easy access to 90 and activities happening around in Batavia and how can I forget about the rates was quite affordable.

The gentleman Anki was very friendly and helpful and provide us the best service what you are looking for as a guest. Apart from this breakfast, cleaning, bed and Staff and location and all the other amenities was so perfect for our family stay. The gentlemen let us check-in early and checked out little late.

Room was big and clean. quiet AC, good hot water and pressure and plenty of room in the bathroom!! Nice front desk lady!!

Back door was warped and very unsecure, swimming pool was not open .... and the breakfast could have been a lot better, more variety of fresh fruits like, strawberries, cherries, melon, etc. Waffles and eggs, different kinds of tea, since I don't drink coffee. Thank you!!

This a business class motel: you park at it like at a motel off the highway, but you enter through a comfortable, bright lobby like in a real hotel and you go to your room through comfortable, brightly lit corridors. The rooms are big, quiet, and comfortable: business class. Wifi is great, a modest breakfast is free, and you can get yourself coffee any time. The staff is excellent: this is a well-run motel or hotel or whatever you want to call it. They even have a little washer and dryer guests can use!

It's just off the highway near other hotel chains, so you need a car to go any place.

Nice customer service , friendly and helpful staff , good breakfast , price , location. Overall enjoyed of our stay . Had all facilities required, microwave, fridge inside the room and in common area ice and water dispenser!!

Cigarette smell in the room.

Clean and friendly staff. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Shower was perfect and enjoyable.

No tissues in the tissue box it was empty, toilet paper was half empty and no back up roll. Toilet hadn’t been flushed prior to our arrival. Bathroom was the only bad thing about the room. Need to take more time in them and be sure v they are perfect.
