Room layout was great and spacious. Excellent breakfast, Very Clean bathroom. Great location sharing parking lot with good mexican restaurant with great food. and additional stores. very close to RIT for parents needing to move their kids into college. very reasonably priced. And the Wifi was fast and stable for my family the entire stay. TV also had good selection of channels in addition to streaming services.

Breakfast was average. Good coffee, bagles and things like hard boiled eggs. Waffles if you want them and cold cereal and some fresh fruit, mostly apples and bananas. Got the job done. All staff that we interacted with were absolutely wonderful people that seemed to enjoy their work. Grounds of the facility are beautiful. Great location.

South entrance garbage can overflowing when we checked in Sunday evening. Let front desk know on Monday morning and it took until Thursday to get it emptied. Asked for a couple extra towels Monday morning and never got them, stayed 4 nights. If you are on the first floor the cleaning staff starts around 7:30 and they are incredibly chatty. Completely oblivious to to the fact that people may still be trying to get some rest. The walls are paper thin in this place and you will be wakened by the housekeeping manager whose voice just pierces the walls. We had a handicapped accessible room and the shower was full of mold under the seat.

We met some very helpful and courteous staff. True, Erica and Brittany. They made our stay much better than most places. They went out of their way to make sure all was well.

We wish there was a place to recycle cans and bottles. One morning there was a lot of noise - some kind of machine or garbage truck. We were on the first floor near the parking lot.

Keys were unreliable. Staff said it was because they were near our cellphones, however mine had been in a pocket away from my phone. I wonder if they reuse them for too long?

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. The front desk agent was awesome, professional and kind. Every other staff person I encountered was great, too! And the waffle machines were a nice touch.

Price could've been lower in my estimation but I'm sure that is the going rate for a decent hotel in that area.

Room was very large and beds were extremely comfortable. Facilities were in good condition and the breakfast area was very well stocked and included a pancake maker for a hot breakfast! The coffee was GREAT! Staff was extraordinarily kind and helpful. We were exhausted and beyond stressed when we arrived at almost 0200, and the lady on the desk that night made everything as simple and quick as possible so we could get to sleep.

The value for the money was good, but we had to cancel our reservation on the other end of our trip because the weekend prices were a bit prohibitive.

We are aware that you allow pets but did not appreciate being woken up the two mornings we were there at 6 a.m. with constant barking going on for about an hour. Perhaps you could make sure rooms with pets are far away from or on another floor from other paying customers.

Nice grounds to walk my dog. Close to convenience stores, banks, gas stations. Building very attractive with curb appeal.

Sign hard to see driving westbound and passed the entrance.

The staff was very kind and helpful, especially the front desk people.
