Our room was on the 4th floor which the receptionist asked if that was okay. I prefer to be higher up for the view & to not be so close to the front desk when people are checking in or out. Our room was spacious. I liked the kitchen area being included, it’s always nice to have a full size fridge when you want to bring your own food & drinks. The room was clean, the bathroom was nicely done & the shower pressure was great. There was free wifi so we were able to connect our fire stick to watch TV. The bed was also comfortable. It was also quiet there so we didn’t have any issues with noise or people just being too loud. The TV picture was also very clear & the speakers worked great.

The bathroom light had a motion sensor but it couldn’t detect when you were in the shower so the light kept cutting off while we were in the shower & it only stayed on for like 30 secs at a time. Also the room has a little kitchen area that included a full size fridge, 2 burner stove & a sink but there were no utensils, no coffee maker, no cups or glasses, not even paper towels. I’m assuming that the expectation is that the guests will bring all of that but some of those things seem like they could be complimentary for guests to use. Lastly, the room only has 1 mirror which was in the bathroom. So if someone is in the bathroom & you need to use a mirror, you have to wait until they’re done. A full length mirror outside of the bathroom would be nice.

Very clean pleasant staff

No blow dryer no coffee or coffee maker in the room, you had to either buy your own stuff or purchase at front desk...turned off big time with this. And their coffee maker wasn't working either. Paid for my entire stay when I came in then had the audacity to charge me for late fees of 85.00. Unreal...

the staff was super friendly, room was clean, they called to check if we could do 2 single rooms rather than 1 room with 2 beds and compensated us for that adjustment.

possibly missing a restock on toiletries- only had 1 bar of soap and no other typical amenities

The location was great. Close to the expressway ,Mall and many different restaurants.

Only issue you have to take your trash outside to the dumpster.

Beautiful suite, very clean, great security, beautiful kitchen and full size fridge with freezer

No bar soap, no coffee pot, wish they had paper plates and utensils

So easy to find, very clean, and customer service was awesome.

It’s close to the highway and hearing the road noises in the middle of the night is rough. We had to turn on the fan to drown the noise out. I also had a neighbor that was up at 6:30am and was slamming the door.

Wonderful in all respects one exception,we were in room 112, above us in room 212, children ran non stop that evening& started again around 9 am, we tapped to no avail sounded like a "stampede" we reported it to the desk upon check out, it was still.going on at that time!

Unsupervised / noisey children in the room above us!

Staff was very personable and professional. Excellent value. Very clean

Already mentioned to the staff that the bathroom lights need attention. They are fully aware of this situation.

The beds were super comfy and the ac was nice .

The shower was weird the lights kept turning off even after pressing the button bcs they were motion sensor based

Mario was excellent! He was helpful, kind and very pleasant! The price of the room was great and location was perfect for us. We will be staying with them again!

Taking our own garbage out was strange.
