Good parking area, roomy and comfortable room. Kitchenette perfect for cooking, preparing light meals, especially with fridge, coffee making and microwave equipment. It was a blessing to have the clothes washing facilities too! Pool and jacuzzi great fun. Breakfast perfect, which could be taken to our room. We enjoyed meeting people in the breakfast area so we stayed there to eat. Staff exceptionally helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Loved our stay!

Needed extra towel rails in bathroom area.

Loved the large well-appointed kitchen and comfortable living room. My bedroom had a wonderful sink area while my daughter's room was large enough for a pack n play.

There was no icemaker for guests but they gave us private ice anyway so the problem was solved. Ice could have been made in the room but we did not have enough time to make it.

The location. The price. The size and accomodations of the room. The bed was super comfortable. The staff was very friendly.

The room was not very clean when we arrived. There was a full cup of something still in the microwave. The light fixtures were dusty making room feel dingy. The stove top was not wiped clean as there was clearly an old spill on most of it. The hot tub water in the pool area looked abnormally cloudy as if it required a good cleaning which was a disappointment as that is one of the most important features to us when booking a room.

Room was very spacious and fit the needs for my family. Pet friendly property made it very easy for our senior dog.

Bathroom: too small. Shower head not adjustable enough. Low water pressure. Sliding glass door on shower did not open enough to allow passage for a larger bodied person. Toilet too low and toilet seat would not stay up. Bed: Mattress too soft or needs to be replaced

The hotel room was very spacious, and clean each room had its own bathroom. The beds were clean and comfortable.Full size kitchen, had coffee and popcorn there uopn arrival.For the price I paid it was amazing. Nice clean pool and hot tub. Breakfast was so delicious and free, not your ordinary continental. Can't wait to visit again!

Parking free. Not far from downtown. Free breakfast. Pool and hot whirlpool. Chairs and towel stations. Kind and friendly staff. Loved the layout of the King bed sofa suite. Memorable!

Elevator small and quite a walking distance to get to.

Location, quietness, walking trail behind property, breakfast, and bed was super comfortable.

They don’t have a bar area at the hotel but Applebees is within a few feet. Nothing negative I just like the hotel so much would like to chill there with a glass of wine 😉

Love the 2 bedroom suites. Comfortable bed, wonderful family space, and great kitchen. Love the use of basketball courts, pool, breakfast Buffett, fire pit sitting area, walking trail, and location.

There is large air conditioning unit that is very loud by the fire pit and outside sitting are. It was super loud so we had to raise our voices out there but otherwise fantastic.

The breakfast was very good. Having it away from the desk was a plus. Anything we needed was immediately resolved.

A bit far from the Strong Museum. But we’re not used to city traffic.

Everything, complimentary parking, good breakfast, location close to plenty of restaurants and not far from downtown and Rochester main attractions. The bed was confortable, spacious studio and great shower! Great stay and will be back for sure
