Location accessible to lots of restaurants and fast food spots. I liked that. The staff were wonderful and very helpful even though it was end of their shift. They offered a late check since we got in at midnight. Thanks 😊 🫂

The only thing that needs to have maintenance look into is that bench in the tub (214) when its fastened to the wall and get wet. The fasteners lets go. I got hit by that falling bench twice. If it was a kid they could get hurt cause that bench is heavy. Look into that please.

I thought the hotel breakfast provided was a notch better than the average hotel breakfast. Most notably, the the breakfast server (cook) was friendly and helpful. The cheerful "good morning" to every guest within her eyesight was welcoming.

Two issues about our room...first, we thought we had booked a double, seperate beds room. The hotel was full and could not accommodate our request upon arrival. Second, There was a light bulb out in one of our lamps.

It was a very nice hotel. Staff was friendly & accommodating.Our room was clean, plenty of towels, & the bed was comfortable. The breakfast in the morning had alot of variety & staff on hand to assist you if needed.

Our refrigerator in the room was not on so it took awhile for it to get cold. The hot tub did not work ( the jets) but the water was very nice & hot. Both of these problems were minor to me.

Location was good as it was right off the highway exit. Pool, breakfast and gym were averagely good.

Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. Called the front desk and no one answered. It was midnight. Went down to the front desk and the clerk tells me she was out having a smoke. She said the hotel was full and couldn’t change my room. She gave me a plunger in a trash bag and I was able to get the sink to drain myself, yuck.

The hotel location was right off of the highway and 15 mins or less from everywhere we visited during our stay. The breakfast was great, lots of options even for the pickiest of kids. The pool was nice. The room was clean. The shower head was tall and the water pressure in the shower also good.

It could've been our room, but our only complaint was that the mattresses in our opinion were not comfortable. We woke up a little stiff and sore each morning. But on the other hand, my kids thought they were great. So it could just be us.

Pool was clean. Breakfast was tasty and had many options for the kids. Rooms were odor free. Staff was friendly and extended our checkout by 30 minutes.

Washroom floors were sticky. Ran out of milk at breakfast.

Fruit in germ collection area. Afraid to eat could have been touched or contaminated intentionally by another renter or worker

Beds were comfortable and inside of hotel was very clean. Clean hallways, floors, lighting and elevators.

Not enough luggage carts.......Pool was overly crowded with unruly guests.....complimentary coffee in the lobby was full of grains. These issues are minor and definitely not deal breakers

The hotel staff was very professional and accommodating. My travel plans were altered resulting in early arrival into Rochester. The front desk personnel was gracious enough to allow me to check in early. That was a huge help with regard to my stay in Rochester.

I put it in our reservation notes we needed a crib. When we got to the room it wasn’t there which was fine, so I asked the man at the front desk and he said he’d get it right to our room. It never came. So I went downstairs and asked again, he apologized and said the crib was on another floor, but he noted our room number and said he’d get it Right up. Again, it never came and I saw the man outside smoking a cigarette so we just gave up and our child slept with us instead.

Reviving the crib we asked for 3 times. Otherwise a wonderful stay
