Property was clean, well maintained. The staff were polite and assisted us. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and fresh. Our room was clean and comfortable.

We only had two bath towels for a two night stay. When we requested more, it took a bit to receive them because they apparently ran out of clean towels. The TV guide in our room also did not work. None of the channels showed what was on and only said “No Information” but that’s not the end of the world.

Convenient, very clean

2nd night went to go in pool and there were about 6 kids maybe 12 to 14 years old jumping and throwing a football and doing cannonballs in pool and my 11 year old did not want to go in pool , 2nd time trying there were so many unsupervised kids that again did not go to pool,so the whole trip was a wasted time for the pool or hot tub experience

Comfy and squeeky clean. Completely renovated in 2019 but looks like it was renovated yesterday. Our King room was a little bigger than the run of the mill american hotel room with a nice sofa and cafe size dining table. Owners really paid a lot of attention to getting the design right when they renovated, making the stay more comfortable and relaxing. Breakfast was more than coffee and a bun with hot eggs, bacon, sausages, pancakes and potatoes as well. Pool and hot tub were appreciated. Great stay all in all.

The hotel was very clean and modern! The room was exceptionally clean. I felt safe having my toddlers in the room, knowing they were not touching anything super gross. The breakfast had the best selection I've seen and the woman taking care of it was very attentive! This is a very family-friendly hotel!

The bathroom door was very very squeaky and loud. It woke all of us up when my daughter used the bathroom at 4am. The AC unit also did not work, but we were fine.

Great location from Ontario beach and the strong museum without the added price tag for close location. Breakfast was hot and yummy. Front desk staff was friendly.

Pool and hot tub chemicals seemed a bit much/strong. Pool was cloudy but we still used it and enjoyed. We had a constant beeping coming from the electrical outlet in between the beds. Nothing I did stopped it and the maintenance staff ‘couldn’t hear it’ so it wasn’t fixed. With a white noise app, tv, and AC, it was tolerable. Just a bit annoying.

The breakfast was great and a variety of selections. Beds and pillows were comfortable.

The pool was cold and the floors around the pool area were not clean at all and there were no towels so we had to ask at the front desk and we were given the smallest towels, I think they were hand towels

It was in close proximity of where we were visiting .

Access to juices after breakfast finished in the morning. The WiFi should be a little more explained, like logging on. A step by step instruction to get logged on.

The breakfast was phenomenal I've told everyone about it because it was so large and delicious. The staff was wonderful too. I was ill and they were very accommodating and understanding. Also, the price was less than surrounding hotels for comparable accommodations and services. I would stay there again in a minute!

The pool was cloudy and cold.

The breakfast , the coffee , tea, hot coco in the lobby , the pool and hot tub . Clean comfortable beds .

We wish the pool would stay opened a little later , and although the breakfast was good it would be nice if it had more of a verity . But everything was very nice just the same

Nice facilities but resident next to us kept to on loud all day and night staff said they contacted the insurance paid resident but noise continued. Complained about noice and was suppose to get discount. Never saw discount
