Very nice decor, clean, spacious room. I also appreciated how quiet it was, except for the AC in the room but I'm a light sleeper. Very convenient to the Arbor, wedding venue. Didn't try the other amenities but they looked very nice.

I paid extra for a river view but I mostly saw a rooftop and a partial muddy river. It was ok but not what I expected. I was annoyed that the hotel wouldn't apply the stay to my HYATT membership rewards. Apparently the stay was ineligible since I booked it thru this site, I don't think I experienced that before with other hotels.

The check-in was easy, the staff very pleasant and helpful. The breakfast was good. We had a room with a "river view", but couldn't see much of the river.

The elevators did not work, a major inconvenience. Luckily a staff member took us to the 17th floor on the service elevator. The signage is poor, it was hard to figure out how to get into or out of the hotel. Everything else was very nice. We had a great stay there.

Very nice hotel! Rooms were comfortable and clean. The bar area downstairs was very nice and convenient.

It was a little noisy at night. We kept hearing loud noises from above us (almost like furniture being moved or heavy objects being dropped), and the a/c unit was a bit loud. It was a little stuffy in the room, so we turned it on to cool the air. At the end of each cycle, it made this very loud noise.

Our state was from the beginning to the end one of the best days we had extra towels and we were treated like human beings we are people of color and they treated us exceptionally well. We didn't have any mistreatment or anything bad to say about the property and establishments of the business.

The location is ideal and there is a very affordable parking in the premises which is very convenient!! “The Street Craft Bar” is amazing!! Lisa makes fantastic drinks and even better conversation and the food from the restaurant is very tasty and very reasonably priced!!!

Pool could use some maintenance, flaking paint and jacuzzi not working…. The Starbucks in the property is no longer in operation, even though it is advertised that it is…..!!

First time staying here and it was Great. I think I can honestly say it’s been the best hotel that I have stayed in for some quick sleep. I came from Wisconsin and stayed the night here found out they had a bar, caught a quick buzz and went to my room and passed out. 10 out of 10!!

The staff (bartender Lisa, waiters Garland and Maddie, front desk) were welcoming - and remembered us.

We wish there was more obvious recycling, i.e. separate bins in the rooms for recycling. And while we liked getting the water, would like to see an alternative to plastic bottles.

The ELEVATOR doesn't work - waited over 10 mins and had to walk down the stairs with too much luggage. Other guests were talking about same. The lobby is haunted by the sounds of a squeaky escalator. Sounds like the mechanical maintenance needs work throughout

Location and parking garage, staff were great, good price, clean white linens and good TV. Comfortable thermostat controls and heating.

The pool was closed Saturday night and I was unimpressed with the market items and price. There was a horrid smell Friday night outside the elevator on the 7th floor, luckily, we were able to close the door to the room and keep it in the hallway. The shower was great, until Sunday morning, then we didn't have hot water, not much anyway, cool shower.

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly, the bar was nice and bartender was very pleasant.

The escalator wasn't working, I was told the parking fee was $10, it was actually $14. The breakfast at the restaurant was not good especially for the price.
