Our room was beautiful, very clean, comfortable beds with lots of nice pillows. Bathroom was very large, nice layout. They even had a makeup mirror with a swing arm hanging beside the sink. My daughter and I loved that. There were so many great personal items to use that we hadn't packed like shower caps & makeup remover wipes. Nice large area to hang clothes. Desk to work at and an extra comfortable chair with foot rest. In addition all of the staff were just so pleasant to work with. That's one thing we were very happy with. Quinn & Jack at the front desk were lovely and very helpful. There was a very kind man at the front desk when we checked out but I didn't catch his name. We loved the restaurant, the full buffet breakfast was great with a nice variety of options. We didn't have dinner the night we arrived because it was soo late and we were tired, so a hearty breakfast the next morning really was appreciated. There were multiple little patio areas outside to sit and relax with a drink in the evening. There were weddings on the top floor going on every day of our stay and yet the hotel didn't feel crowded and wasn't very noisy. The music wafted down to the patios in the evening and we enjoyed that. Overall it was the best stay we've had in a while. The quality was wonderful without too high of a price tag.

It would have been nice to check out the 9th floor restaurant's view of the city but as I said there were multiple weddings there so that was understandable. There appeared to be ice machines on each floor and that was great for filling our cooler but the ice itself was dirty we noticed when it melted. For a glass I just grabbed some at the bar though. I'm not a fan of using any open ice machine's ice in my drinks anyway.

The balcony had two chairs for you to sit on. I had a view of the parking lot. I'm not sure if they have rooms with better views, but I was still satisfied. I also liked the bed it was comfy. The hotel was very quiet and clean. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for a couple. It's so romantic. I had a queen suite, and it was a nice size. The bathroom was clean, and the shower was big enough for two to three adults.

My daughter said the shower water felt a little slimy. (19yo) I told her maybe the hotel had added a water softener to it. I wasn't sure because after she said that, I didn't take a shower. I thought the breakfast was a little expensive at $30 per person. Especially compared to other hotels. It was ok because we went out for breakfast.

The suite was perfect for me to have a separate place to work and sleep. I enjoyed the clean bathroom and bedroom. Staff were super friendly and willing to share information about the local area. I enjoyed my stay.

The internet connection was very bad. When I tried connecting on computers in the business area, connecting there didn’t work either. Made some zoom meetings I had tough to do. Not sure if this was because the hotel was completely book and everyone being on it.

The property itself was fine and in a good location. They had free Wi-Fi, which was great.

The restaurant char was horrible for dinner. Likely one of the worst restaurant experiences food wise I have ever encountered. Oddly, there didn’t seem to be a lot of good restaurant choices locally.

Convenient location. Spacious rooms. Wonderful fitness center. Ample off street parking.

Full breakfast buffet only offered on weekends. Continental buffet during the week not worth the price; better to order off the menu.

I think they’re doing the best they can with an older property without having to do a complete Reno - it was extremely clean and staff were friendly, professional and attentive.

It’s a bit dated. Low ceilings, but what can you do?

very clean, liked having a bar and restaurant on the premise even though we didn’t eat there we did get drinks which were made very well. liked the easy parking and access. shower was hot, nice heat and cooling in the rooms, our suite was spacious. front desk staff seemed frazzled (felt bad for them) but very nice. hotel seems a little worn out in spots but everything seems sparkling clean which we loved. decor was hip and free good, hot coffee in lobby was very nice.

booked a king suite, ended up with a double queen with no explanation or notice. didn’t ask to substitute as we checked in late and had a dinner reservation. other than that, very nice property.

A perfectly central location to walk to the main art galleries and museums. Many great restaurants within a five minute drive. Accommodations were above expectations. Lots of room to feel comfortable. Great beds. Abundance of towels. Love this hotel.

The room was literally the best ever. I was expecting a 7:30 a.m. call and when it came, I thought it was 2 in the morning -- that was how soundly I slept, and I am almost always up by 5:30 a.m. I will return for that fact alone. The bed was super comfortable and the fact that there was a powerful heat/air register in both the bedroom and the TV room was perfection. Spotlessly clean.

After a show, my husband and I were looking forward to a drink at the bar and some light munchies. When we got to the bar and explained what we wanted, the hostess seated us in the dining room. I explained again that we were looking for a bar seat, a couple of appetizers and cocktails, not dinner. She said nothing, took our menus, walked us back to the bar and slapped them down at a counter with another couple. It was a bit awkward. I returned the menus to the hostess and explained we'd look elsewhere. She was polite in wishing us a good night. As it turns out, we had some really good small bites food and a delicious little pizza at a restaurant on Park Avenue called Blu Wolf Bistro which also had a decent bar before returning to our room for a phenomenal night's sleep.

Rooms were very comfortable and spacious.

Thin walls, ceilings. Could hear EVERYTHING going on in the room above me until very late at night.
