Joy, at the front desk was a delight. She was so welcoming and made checking in after a long ride from Boston super easy and I just appreciate her kindness. I just wanted to make sure that she gets a shoutout or kudos for being so kind without probably even realizing how much it set the tone for our trip. Great location - close to plenty of stores open early and close to highway. We were spending most of our time in Webster due to a loss in our family and this was just as convenient as staying in one of the spots in Webster.

Nothing - this is a convenient place to stay. There wasn’t any breakfast available on our second day due to a large amount of families staying for sports tournaments. We just had to skip waiting for the buffet to be reloaded due to time constraints.

The rooms were clean and we were checked for anything we may need. Everyone was very friendly. Breakfasts were good, but cold.

We could not get into our room at 3:20 so we requested a room change so we could check in and get where we needed to be. First morning for breakfast, no forks were available and then no plates and napkins. The only day we saw tables getting cleaned after each use was Friday morning. That employee was a hard worker and much appreciated by us in the breakfast room.

I loved the fact that this location included breakfast in the cost, in which I didn't have to pay an additional fee. On the contrary, The Holiday Inn Express on Jefferson Rd. Rochester, NY. wanted me to pay an additional $15 plus tax and didn't inform me advance about regarding the extra cost. The staff was very friendly and addressed all of issues and concerns

Great location surrounded by food outlets and stores which was very convenient. We used this hotel as a stop off point between Toronto and New York city so stayed here twice. Both times the hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. Shout out to Robert who checked us in and made us feel really welcome!

The breakfast was a little basic compared to other hotels we stayed in while travelling this week so we ended up buying fresh food from the Target next door.

It was close to Target, places to eat and the person whom I was visiting. It was very clean and neat.

The mall next door was closed down. The pool was closed down. There was no plug in my bathtub, so I could not take a bath like I wanted. The fitness room had no extra towels and requested that we clean off the equipment after use, but there were no spray bottles or paper towels to do so. There was no water in the water dispenser in the fitness room.

Very spacious for a group of six.

We missed our service. I asked if the housekeeper can return and they never did. Knocking at 9am to give service is extremely early. Do not disturb sign was not on the door where the housekeeper could’ve returned and complete service especially when it was requested for her to pass once more due to passing by early in the day.

Overall good facilities

2 rooms out of 4 were not fully clean . The guests did take it up with the front desk however the issue wasn't resolved Clogged bathtub drain Refrigerator with left over food from prior guest Seperate refund request was placed by us with the management.

The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was good. We liked being on the 1st floor. The room was clean.

The room was kind of dark. It could have had another lamp. The bathroom door opened outward, and a blind person could walk right into it.

the night manager was excellent, he was very friendly and professional. When I had a problem with the ice maker, he took care of it right away and even called me to tell me it was fixed.

Breakfast the first day was almost nonexistent at 8:30 am. A few cold sausages, no rolls, no yogurt and no plates, they also made no effort to replenish anything. When I asked about it, the person at the front desk was apathetic. The breakfast the next day was much better.

I liked that the pool was up all weekend. A little cold. But good.

I felt bad staffing was poor. Couldn't eat Saturday morning because had to leave for a dance como by 7 15 and no hit food due to staffing issues.
