I booked this hotel on short notice and didn't know what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised. The facility was nicely appointed with modern amenities and well maintained. Staff were excellent. Breakfast had a rotation of hot foods which was nice. Room was spotless as well as the toilet/shower area. The location was central to my needs and about a mile from the main shopping mall in the area. Highway accessbility was a breeze. The airport is 10 minutes away.

The only setback is that the hotel fronts Rte 104/Ridge Rd. which can be very busy throughout the day and night. I set my fan to constant on and could still here some of the road noise.

The breakfast was very good with eggs, sausage, and pancakes that were very delicious. The room was very clean and very nice and facilities were very well maintained and nice. The location was also a great spot to reach the airport which took roughly 10-15 minutes to get to.

It was expensive for what you are getting. Over fall break, prices for 2 nights was close to $500. I know New York taxes are fairly high, but it just seemed pretty high for that. Not necessarily a critique of the hotel itself, but as a college student it was near impossible to justify paying for.

Nice staff

Booking.com listed this hotel as being pet friendly and when I checked in they told me it wasn’t. Thank God the night manager took pity and let us stay. I was very upset that this happened. We arrived late after more than eight hours in a car. If this woman had held the hotel’s rule to the letter I don’t know what I would have done. I am so disappointed and will most likely never use booking.com again. I can’t count on what information your site gives out. And dollars to donuts I bet no one from your company will bother to reach out to me.

Breakfast was not great. However, all necessary items were present, possibilities to heat items is good, warm eggs etc. is good too. Don't know anything about the area, came and left from parking lot

Oatmeal could have been tasty, opposed to offered one, which was plain bad. Muffins, bagels etc, could be not from mass production warehouse, wrapped in cellophane, sitting in boxes forever.

The breakfast was good...lots of choices. Location good....near stores and restaurants. The best thing was I arrived hours early and the young lady at the desk found me a ready room right away.. .and no extra charge! Tge gentleman at night was very helpful if I had any requests. And I was literally around the corner from the coffee/tea bar ....so I was a happy camper. And the dining room was across from that....which was open all night to sit in if one wanted to leave the room and just read it watch t.v. with a cup of tea.

I cant think of anything, honestly. I was very satisfied.

It was really quiet. There were a lot of people staying at this hotel, including a school wrestling team. I wish I knew what school so I could give them a compliment. They were nice, super quiet and respectful to others. The breakfast was hot and really good. The room was very spacious and clean. There was someone smoking weed in their room near our room. When we came back from breakfast, our room wreaked of weed which was unfortunate and made me and my children sick to our stomachs.

There were plenty of outlets in the room and nightstands on both sides of the bed. The breakfast was extremely good.

The elevator showed definite signs of wear and tear. The toilet room was so small the door barely cleared the toilet.

The staff on all shifts were great; friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for concert at Kodak center. Breakfast was hot with plenty of options

All was good for three days.
