At check-in, Chardonnay, the front desk employee, was absolutely amazing and welcoming. My stay continued with staff that was friendly and above average customer service. Every employee greeted me when in passing. I can not say enough on how wonderful the staff was at this hotel. The room and bathroom were clean, bright, and comfortable. The breakfast served was definitely above the normal at other hotels. They served numerous options for breakfast. It was hot and delicious, and again, wonderful staff.

The staff were amazing. So friendly and helpful! Breakfast was ready early (4:00am!) so we could eat before our flight. The hotel was in great condition. The location cannot be beat. We were able to return our rental car a day early and then walk to the airport check-in desk from the hotel. The value far exceeded the price!

We were driving around New England and Rochester was a loooong drive to get back to the airport. So when we return to New England we will probably fly into a closer airport.

Upon entering the lobby, I was greeted by Laportia. She was super friendly and made checking in a breeze. I had an early AM flight and stayed at the Fairfield due to the close proximity to the airport which was surprisingly quiet. My room was very clean and more than ample size. I would definitely stay there again.

Staff very friendly, and the accommodations were perfect!

My sister booked a room thru your booking company, it was $283.00 I booked the same kind of room, same nite, same everything thru Booking.com for $149.00. Leaving your car in the yellow parking lot for several nights is confusing. Need clearer instructions on how it works.

The beds were delightful, the pillows just right. The room was large and clean and well appointed. The staff was helpful and friendly. We'll stay here again.

The signage to get there was confusing, we drove around the airport twice, even through the airport parking so we had to pay $$ to get out. It took a phone call and explicit directions to finally find our way there. We could see it and even contemplated climbing a fence to get there!

When we asked in the morning for the shuttle to the airport, we were rudely informed that the airport was right there to walk over. As we could see this would have required this individual to get out from under her blanket and hoodie to make the call

I had to be at the airport at 4 am and the shuttle was right there to gete when called. The gentleman at the front desk was helpful and friendly.

There was no bar...I would have liked to chill with a glass of wine ...
