My room was very spacious, and included a chaise chair, something I've never had in a hotel room, before. It was perfect for relaxing and reading. My view of the river and the park was really nice. The bathroom was super-clean with everything I needed. I was very pleased to find a little Kuerig in my, room as I really wanted some coffee when I first arrived. Both the bed and the pillows were soft but supportive, and I had a great night's sleep. The breakfast buffet was excellent! I would have been very glad to stay for longer than my one overnight visit.

I had only one issue, and that was with the hot water in the shower this morning. It got only slightly warm, so I had to hop in and out quickly. Oddly, the sink water was perfectly fine. I mentioned this to the front desk person when I came down for breakfast. By the way, I think the hallway lighting could be brighter --it felt a little unsettling to walk down the long hallway to my room, alone. Brighter lights would help make solo women guests feel safer.

Looks like the main bed spread was not changed and the carpet not vacuumed. I wish each room has a vacuum that can be used just like how you provide an iron. The pillow fell and hairs got stuck to it when I picked up.

More options to choose from for breakfast. When I arrived at hotel there was no hot water for 2 days. The air was not the best in the hotel.

The room was clean and spacious. The location was good.

The lobby and elevators and halls were not particularly nice and seemed old and rundown. Fortunately the rooms were much nicer than the rest of the building.

Room was comfortable and parking was easy. Daytime and custodial staff were very helpful.

I stayed for a night. It was a nice peaceful stay. And the room was quite clean!

I couldn't get the wifi working in my room for my laptop. It only worked for my Android Pixel phone. Hence, I tethered the wifi from my phone to my laptop, but this was not a big deal! I think the elevator had some sort of issue, but I was able to get down via the elevator ultimately.

The location to Blue Cross Arena was great, I went to Rochester only to a Concert and this hotel was the nearest one!

The walls were too thin, so you could hear the other room quite clear and there was too much dirt but that's understandable because they are repairing stuff.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. I was glad to find a comforter in the closet.

The pillows are too big and uncomfortable. There was only decaf coffee. No breakfast is provided or even available because the dining room was closed. The clerk who signed me in in the middle of the night was not welcoming or friendly.The room was very expensive for the services provided.
