Spacious bedroom with abundant natural light and a private bath. Lovely bath products provided. The bed was very comfortable and the home was quiet in the evening and night. The home itself was lovely with nice appointments-very warm and inviting. Breakfast was delightful and the gentleman who prepared the meal was very personable. His kindness made the stay perfect!

My only recommendation would be to refinish some of the lovely, old wood furniture adorning the bedroom.

Room was very cozy and clean, self entry was very easy and breakfast was excellent! Very cute neighborhood and quiet street. As a single woman traveling this was the most appealing option for safety and cost when searching for rooms. Will absolutely stay here again upon my return to Rochester!

Beautiful home, clean, and quiet neighborhood. Breakfast quiche and fresh fruit was yummy.

Stayed in Hemlock room which has a claw foot bathtub that you have to stand in for your shower (felt a little awkward and could be a problem for some people with mobility issues). Parking is very limited in the driveway and street parking was challenging.

We had a large and comfortable room in an older, well-maintained hotel (house). Breakfast was lovely, and the staff was very nice, helpful, and accommodating. It is located on a quiet residential street, with good restaurants within 1-2 miles.

The house is lovely and tranquil; common rooms and private rooms are comfortable and spacious. The innkeeper was friendly and breakfast was delicious. It was a much-needed getaway for us.

The house is located in a quiet, historic neighborhood. It is easy to walk to the George Eastman house and other interesting sights and to excellent restaurants. Our breakfast was excellent. The hosts went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable.

Our stay here was so fantastic! We were in Rochester for one night, but we both ended up wishing we could’ve spent at least another at this lovely bed and breakfast. Gary is wonderful, and even accommodated my boyfriend’s dietary restrictions for our breakfast (which was also very delicious—not your average breakfast by any means). The room, as well as the entire interior, was absolutely beautiful and very clean. The bed was very comfortable, and we both appreciated the vintage trinkets and decor all around. Our late check-in was very easy, and we had quite a memorable experience overall. Highly, highly recommend!

Old houses have deep stairs, which were hard to navigate, but I managed OK.

Room was spacious and super comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and lovely way to start the day. The location was easily walkable to many restaurants and bars.
