My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Country Inn & Suites! The location is absolutely perfect - close to shops and restaurants! I was having eye surgery, and we wanted to be close to the doctor's office, so that was perfect as well! Our room was very clean and did not have any bad smells whatsoever. Also, the shower water pressure was amazing! Felt like a massage. To top everything off, the staff was incredibly kind and there were delicious and fresh cookies every day. The breakfast was also really good, and they even leave out some drinks and coffee 24/7. We will definitely stay there again if we return!!

There was nothing I didn't like.

The Breakfast was the good standard free breakfast you find at most hotels. Enough options to keep most people happy. The location is on a busy part of Monroe Avenue. Making a left turn onto the property might take some patience during busy traffic times. There is a short cut to a stop light so you won't have to make a left onto Monroe Ave. Just look for the picture on the right of the desk when you check in.

Nothing really, nice place for the price. Room was clean, had all the amenities I wanted (microwave, refrigerator, etc.) No complaints on my end.

Staff is amazing. Friendly, helpful and kind. Great breakfast area. Saw students using same area in the evenings to study. Computer area, and two more semi-private "library" areas with comfortable seating and a smattering of reading materials. Natural gas fire pit outside. Single washer and dryer and small workout room in main building featuring an elliptical, a treadmill, and some weights. Near shopping, and groceries (Wegmans.) Urgent Care across the street and down the road (at least three that we noticed) in both directions. Good restaurants next door and near-by. 15-20 minutes(ish) to RIT, Costco, Lake Ontario. (All in different directions.) All rooms have decently sized mini fridge and a microwave. There's also a mini coffee pot available in each room although we chose to go to the lobby for fresh coffee 24/7. Billed-to-your-room in-room snack s, candy bars, breakfast bars and water in each room, which were cheaper than many snacks by checkout stands in grocery stores. Elevator to second floor. Heads up, hotel exterior getting painted while we were there, so the exterior may have different colors than many online photos show. I believe the bottom brick portion was being painted black. One of the photos might show a taped window which got exterior paint on the building that day.

My personal preference is for the main building, but the "Lodge" had updated rooms. While our second room didn't have a tub, it did have an amazing shower with great pressure, king-size bed, and comfy chair. Fire alarm went off in main building. which was the only downside. Oh, and no pool, which we knew when we booked.

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. They had coffee, tea and some simple snacks, fruit and juice available 24/7 which was amazing when travelling with kids who want snacks at odd times. Central location right off the highway and close to shopping areas. Quiet rooms that were clean and comfortable. Electric vehicle chargers on site were a very nice bonus!

The traffic on the main road was awful during rush hour! The hotel provided a map with alternate exit routes but egress was tricky during those times.

After I arrived I found out that my event had been cancelled. I was there for less than two hours and had to drive all the way back home. The staff, both at the front desk and over the phone were very understanding and made sure I got a refund. My room looked and smelled clean. Perhaps I'll stay there if I return to Rochester.

I wasn't a fan of my room being in a separate building and the first thing I noticed was a non-working ice machine. And the location. Didn't like it. Too much traffic. Difficult to find food if you don't research ahead of time. I drove all over the place. Very frustrating. RESEARCH highly recommended.

Nice assortment of breakfast goodies! Most were highly nutritious, not junk food. Bacon! Real scrambled eggs! Waffles in seconds and great coffee! Very nice sized fridge and microwave unit. Handy, accessible snacks at premium prices… Well stocked with towels, tissues, and pillows

Price. Because of high demand (RIT graduation weekend), was $173 per night! Did not like the noise of the air unit… had to turn it off overnight. Consider a shower head on a hose for seniors with limited motion.

The room was nice and big, clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful when needed. The breakfast was delicious both hot and cold foods available something for everyone's taste buds and diet. Variety was excellent and everything was fresh. They had coffee, hot chocolate and tea in the lobby at all times to help yourself to, and they provided delicious homemade cookies when we checked in. Bonus check out time was 12pm and it was a quick and friendly check in and check out. We enjoyed are stay and would recommend and stay there again for sure.

Upon entering, the lobby was clean, bright, modern and smelled nice. Front desk staff were very kind, friendly & helpful. The room was very clean, had nice amenities and very little "wear & tear". Mini fridge was a great size. Beds were clean and comfy with a massive amount of pillows! Bathroom was clean and had 4 sets of 3 towels (face/hand/body). Everything was in working order. Breakfast exceeded our expectations!! Loads of choice and plenty still available 20 mins before it finished. Staff were on top of refilling & cleaning. The free courtesy food/beverage choices 24/7 were fantastic and something we didn't expect at all - thank you!! Plenty of available free parking and it's very closely located to the Strong Museum & downtown Rochester

I would have preferred the paid snack options to be only in the "store" area by the lobby and not directly at kid eye level with easy access within the room. We also could hear the room above us showering at midnight which wasn't ideal, but not horrible either.

I genuinely felt the room itself isn't too great for a 3 star hotel. I stayed at similar rooms at Super 8 etc. They had the same facilities and size at lesser price. Maybe it was my room. Maybe the positives I have mentioned add up to the value. IDK.

Everything was nice beds was a little too hard but management made sure I was taking care of for the handicap accessible room

Only thing I didn't like was the disrespectful people that was placed in room above me they had kids and all night long letting them jumping Bang and this is an older building so you can hear everything I called front desk you very nice about it she called up there one time went up there I guess they wasn't paying attention to her I called again she went up there again and finally it slowed down but I'm glad that they didn't stay at another night I probably would have checked out that's the only problem I had but the staff really helped me out thank you
