Attentive and friendly staff, excellent, safe location close to museums, university restaurants etc.. New property, spotless & well maintained. We included breakfast in the booking and this was great value. The team prepares high quality breakfast perfectly to order, accommodating all requests (coffees, fresh fruit bowls etc.). Plus the breakfast team members are very friendly, born to be hosts! What a great way to start the day!

Nothing I can think of, however the hotel was not busy when we were there. The rates were higher than the other chain hotels, but I selected based on their ratings and I’m happy to pay a bit more to get this kind of quality service & room.

the Rochester downtown is not a nice place to walk, so rather use car than walk around

Free parking. Staff members are very polite and friendly. The lady at the front desk offered toys to my son to play during check-in. They also gave out a free toy and left it in the room's crib.

No central heating. The air came out of the window AC/heater goes straight to our bed and made us feel uncomfortable at night.

Being able to snag a small breakfast was very convenient since there was a bistro in the lobby. The location of the Courtyard Downtown Rochester was perfect because there were numerous places to eat in the area that were close whether you chose to drive or walk. I was very impressed with the security of the facility for example you needed a key card to access any of the guest facilities such as your room or the activity center or Etc. The hallways and lobby area had such a refreshing sent throughout . If we are ever in the area in the future this hotel will definitely be my Top Choice to visit.

Courtyard Rochester Downtown was the best place to stay for visiting Colleges with our daughter. The hotel looks just like new, it’s beautiful ,the room was as beautiful, spacious, confortable, and super clean. The staff was super nice and helpful. We loved that there were lots of places to eat and hang out just crossing the street, also that it had a parking lot for our rented car and an ease ride from the hotel to both Colleges that we visited. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back

The beds were comfortable.

The luggage carts are wayyyy too small.. it took two trips to get all our stuff and usually only takes one. The breakfast had to be ordered from their Bistro and it was terrible.. where were the potatoes, bacon, and cheese??? Just had a glob of eggs.

Stayed for a couple of nights and the staff make it, all very friendly and nothing too much trouble. It’s a very modern hotel, with great facilities. The food and drinks choices are also good and I’d recommend staying here.

The hotel is modern and clean. Location is close to downtown and close to restaurants. The drive to University of Rochester area less than 10 minutes. There is a bar downstairs.

I didn’t find anything real to complain about. All issues small, like we had 3 people in the room and the pull out bed was not made, but I’m not sure a hotel like this does this for you anyway.

Nice and comfortable room. Good breakfast. Free parking. Excellent location for Eastman Museum (walking distance).
