All Staff, pool, comfortable bed. Bathroom was clean. Location and pool! Pool was warm!!! I’ll be back. Coffee was hot at night. Breakfast was good. I had the egg white omelette.

My room was to cold. I tried adjusting the thermostat. Made it boiling hot. Had to call staff to adjust it. Maybe leave directions. Or have staff inform people how to use it. Wasn’t sure about the tv either. What stations were available. My room had a pretzel and 1 m and m on the floor when I came in. I don’t think it was vacuumed. Please get gluten free cereal and bananas. Alternative milk. Almond or soy. Something.

The staff was amazing! Very friendly and attentive. They made us feel very comfortable! The location was great. Breakfast was perfect for a continental. Check in/out was smooth. Beds are very comfortable and clean with lots of pillows and thick blankets. We slept great, with no noise heard from other rooms. The only noise we could hear was from the hallway when people were talking.

The bathroom could’ve been slightly cleaner. It didn’t really bother us too much though. I just cleaned it up myself. I know it can be hard cleaning a ton of rooms on a time crunch.

I arrived early the staff apologized profusely that they did not have any rooms ready yet. I explained I just wanted to find the location the staff was excellent very nice everyone was professional Right off the highway Close to the airport

Everything was great Top of the headboard was dusty but not unusual I find that ln most hotels

The room was comfortable. The beds were comfortable and there wasn't any bugs. It was close to rochester university campus and hospital.

The cleanliness could be improved. The shower had a razor safety cap on the tub from previous guest. The breakfast area tables were all dirty and sticky from syrup. The sidewalks and walk ways were icy and snow covered and not plowed or shoveled well. One stairway door near pool was frozen open so you could not use it at all.

Not your fault out of your control, but the pool usage was great until a family of about 10 people showed up and had no respect for anyone else in the pool actually had a couple that was swimming laps, get up and leave because the kids almost jumped on that while they were swimming very rude and disrespectful towards space coming in between people yelling and screaming

I liked the location, close to outside restaurants and the final location of my visit was close by.

I had asked for a king sized bed but got a queen sized bed. Not enough outlets, room felt too small had to always get out of my family's way and no hooks to hang towels. Not enough counter space. Also my card had a pending charge the evening before I even got to check in for the following day.

It was a great location and the room was very nice, clean and comfortable.

They were running out of food daily at the breakfast. I realize it's self serve, but it would be appreciated if someone monitored the area to make sure it stayed clean especially at the coffee station and if someone could wipe the tables in between guests.

I loved the selection of channels and the amenities in the room. I also loved how comfortable the bed was.

What could have been better is my length of stay because I enjoyed my suite. Another thing was the tempearture in the room because the room was too cold. I would like to come back to this particular hotel in the near future.

The hotel was very clean, the rooms were up to date with amenities and very clean. House keeping ensured to clean and replace towels. Tje bed was very comfortable. Above all the free breakfast had varieties of food and it was hot and fresh. The kitchen staff were so nice they kept on refilling no restriction or limit. And the coffee and tea section had varieties as well. I will definately come again and again!!!

Mostly Everything especially a few of the workers who stood out above the rest. Cynthia and Roro? Not sure of the spelling of second one were probably 2 of the kindest humans ive ever met.🥰 And also the one lady that checked us in, wish I could remember her name. She was also very kind!! 🥰

The rooms were amazing!!! Except the mattresses definitely need replaced. I recently had back surgery and that was the worst mattress I've ever slept on. Woke up every hour trying to get comfortable. So yeah..that was the only negative on the room. Plus we couldn't get my friends son to sleep or ourselves because of very rude guests that were running up and down the halls from like midnight till about 130am. But that is NOT the hotels fault! 😊
