The staff was friendly. Our conversation with Bill, the hotel manager, was very informative and helpful in giving us a much better idea of the surrounding areas than what we had come to learn ourselves. The room was clean, well appointed and quiet. The shower had good water pressure. The bed was quite comfortable and the breakfast was well made with many options. We are returning next week with our children and they are really looking forward to the full breakfast offerings, specifically the waffles and omelettes. We really appreciate that there is fresh lemon water available in the lobby all day long.

The staff was friendly and helpful. Very clean room and bathroom. Very comfortable beds. Its very convenient that they have an EV charger, which is part of the reason we chose this hotel. My daughter lost an earbud when we were leaving, and the housekeeper offered to help us look. She found it for me right away. She was very kind.

Breakfast was just so-so (taste), but there were a lot of options considering it was a free breakfast. The Orange Juice dispenser was out of order, but access to the coffee bar was available 24/7, which was nice.

I love that the property is tucked away from everything, but still in town for amenities. We had a nice view out of the back of the building and could hear the birds singing when we woke up in the morning. :)

I wish the walls were a little more insulated. I could hear the guests in the room next to us, although it was very muffled. Unless you have an exceptionally loud, rambunctious or disorderly neighbors, it should not be an issue.

The location was good, near the main part of town & college, but was quieter a couple of blocks away. I did drive past the entry sign a couple of times, lol, because the hotel is set back a bit. Clean, big single room, comfortable to get work done.

Walls & floor were thin. I could hear other tvs and other guests' conversations that weren't high volume. Otoh, no traffic noise and it was very quiet after 10 pm.

Excellent - would have prefered fresh fruit though. Fresh cold water in the lobby ws a tret after a long day of touring. Thank you for having gluten free options.

We have no complaints except fresh fruit would have been a possible addition to the breakfast menu. We love the walking opportunities around the hotel - Tell your guests that that little trail is there. A nice option befoe retiring for the night.

The bed was delightfully comfortable and the temp control in the room was very good. The bathroom lights were a little too bright without a means of dimming them down. Otherwise it was a very fine stay.

Breakfast was very good for American standard. Hotel was new, very clean and the staff was extraordinary friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very nice garden surrounding the hotel.

It would have been great if the garden had been equipped with some garden furniture to enable guests to relax and to have breakfast in the wonderful garden. But I was told that this is planned.

Always a good stay here . Off the beaten path and quiet however close to the college and local shopping and restaurants . Always my go to when in town visiting my daughter who attends Brockport University .

When we got to the hotel there was no one at the desk. I had to call out for someone to come out. The receptionist was not very warm or friendly. The morning staff were much more pleasant.
