It was very clean and comfortable. Beds were very comfortable. Pillows were too soft but brought my own. Room was comfortable with microwave, small fridge and coffee maker. The breakfast was very good and offered many options. Many restaurants to choose from close by. Easy onto 390 to go to Strong Memorial which was 15 minutes away. Half hour to Lake Ontario.

Need another hand rail on shower wall. Pool area was slick. The bottom of the hot tub was hilly, is the only word I can describe it. Very unsafe. I did not expect it and fell against the stairs and cut my shin.

RIT parent so in town a lot & stayed at many locales. This hotel [also a few feet from a Marriott Residence hotel] is easy to get to from the highway and surrounded by dining options; has ample parking & noticed they also have electric car charging. 24hr free coffee/hot water in the lobby. Pool & hot tub too but wasn't there for that-took note for next time. Clean hallways and spacious & clean room with microwave & small fridge. No smells and no worn out carpeting and no beat up furniture. Very comfy bed. Bathroom was lovely with bath products & bright white towels. Great shower. Quiet location on 3rd floor. Wide and healthy choices at breakfast. Dining area kept clean and tidy. I can see staff & hotel are trying really hard to be more than an above average place to stay for their patrons. Please keep it so. Will definitely come back!

Room was very spacious, beds were very comfortable. Loved the coffee station in the lobby and Melissa at the front desk was extremely helpful solving an issue with our reservation. The Staff was very nice and the breakfast was good. My toddler loved the waffles and eggs. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

The gym is very tiny and has no weights. The pool needs cleaning. We passed by it and the water did not look clean. Regular Coffee in the lobby was empty two times we tried to get coffee but it was refilled promptly. The carpet in the room could have been cleaner.

The breakfast was great little of something for everyone, and always have enough for everyone even if you got up a bit later as the staff kept replenishing items base on guests at the dining room

The bathroom seems a bit crowded and not enough space at times to get ready since the space in the bathroom was very limited but not a deal breaker. Just needed to time everyone's turn at getting ready

2 small things. The pool area is not the same you see on the website . Also they say the towels are located at the pool they are not. You actually have to get them from the front desk. The last day there I went in the jacuzzi changed clothes and wanted to wash my laundry plus wet bathing suit and couldn’t because the battery in the door died I waited 3 hrs for nothing never got addressed and I had to check out and leave

I loved the lady at the desk when I checked in she was so nice understanding. Respect young lady! She went above and beyond for my family and the other guest

Not complaining everything else was good but the boil eggs were served cold. Could have been warmed or room temp. Food still was good.

Great location with lots of dining options in the area and only 15 minutes from the Strong National Play Museum. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with lots of selections of both hot and cold food options. Decent sized rooms. Liked having the mini fridge and microwave.

Pillows were terrible - flattened to nothing. Pool and hot tub are quite small and in need of an upgrade.

Nice quiet surroundings, super clean and nicely decorated, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, toilet/shower worked well and the nicest staff of any hotel we have stayed at…especially Michele who was so friendly and always doing her best to make our stay easy! No complaints, only wish I had stayed here on my other trips to visit my daughter at U of R.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. It was super clean nicely decorated, a good location close to restaurants and easy to get on the roads we wanted to travel on. The breakfast was fantastic, with so many nice choices! The staff was friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

The room was clean and very comfortable. It provided an iron, ironing board, blow dryer, microwave, coffee pot, and mini fridge. I really enjoyed my stay here, and the breakfast provided was decent. I will definitely consider staying here again.

I can't think of anything that I didn't like about my stay.
