Weakest for an early check un and they were able to accommodate us. The hotel is just beautiful, our room was extremely nice, comfortable bed, very clean and well stocked. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. My husband especially loved the sausage gravy and biscuits. Last year we stayed in the place across the road from here and there is no comparison. That was a dump. This went beyond our expectations, so from now on, we will be staying at this hotel when we come up!

Noisy neighbors in the morning, but not a big deal. Nothing they could do about that.

Everything new and clean. Manager helped remedy situation where they overbooked suites and we had 5 in a room with 2 queen beds. It was supposed to have a pull out sofa. Those were given to other customers. She got us a cot.

Only two rooms with sofas. I called 4 days before to confirm our reservation. Was told we had the room with the sofa bed. We get there and it was given away. This was unacceptable. Which of my family members did you expect to sleep on the floor? My kids or my 82 year old mother. Also the pool was closed. We were expecting to be able to swim. I wasn’t told that when I confirmed. The breakfast bar is really nice, but one person trying to keep it stocked when you are overbooked is not a good idea. She couldn’t keep anything stocked. I never got a full cup of coffee. We never got pancakes. The machine is broken. And the food was always empty of most everything. The lady working was trying her best. Add more staff when you are that full. We definitely enjoyed our stay. Just suggestions!!

Location Room was nice and clean.

There was no pancake machine and no cinnamon rolls. It looked like the rolls were not even put out at all the day we stayed. That is 1 of the reasons I choose this hotel chain. My kids and I love the breakfast choices. Before checkout, staff tried to enter our room to clean because the front desk marked my room as already checked out. I was the only adult, and I hadn't checked out.

It was awesome. Huge room. Everything was modern and clean. Great value. Half the price of other hotels for a family of 5. Breakfast on par with every other hotel breakfast and bless the woman working it. No complaints. All staff was great. We will choose this hotel again in the future.

Staff was helpful and checked us in quickly. We got in after 1 am. Rooms were clean. Parking was easy and plentiful. Breakfast was great. Shower was hot! Beds were fluffy and super comfy. I will definitely be back!!

The breakfast had excellent choices. Food was fine. The food was well presented and easy to access.

The soap dispenser in the shower didn’t work . A bath mat on the floor outside the shower would have been nice. Other than those small things, the room and amenities were wonderful. Excellent price, clean lovely room and very friendly staff made it a great stay!

The room was fantastic. Although the pillows are too slippery/ squishy for my taste.

Breakfast could have been a tad bit better. The Turley sausage was rather dry...but not horrible. The English muffins were stale, but the heating helped. The rest was very good although the pancake maker was out of order.

The room was absolutely huge! It was very roomy and a nice open space!

The pool was small, which was fine for me. Easier to watch my kids but that’s the only thing they complained about lol.

Breakfast was great and many options was great for the kids ! The pool was awesome !

The check in at front desk the white woman could have been more friendly ! But was kind of helpful ! The other front desk worker was a black woman she was pleasant and very friendly !

I liked the location. Away from any main roads. Nice and quiet. The bathroom was nice and big. Beds were very comfortable.

The breakfast could be longer, as we missed it. Check out isn't until 11am so I feel breakfast should atleast be 6am to 10am.
