Everything was very nice. Pool, gym, location to Kingdom Bound and stores is excellent. Staff all extremely friendly.

Our shower didn't drain well, so you stood in inches of water while you showered. Breakfast was very busy and slow to refill but good. We found a long brown hair in between two sausage patties we took. Please follow heath guidelines and have staff wear hair nets. The nice man preparing the food each day had long brown hair. He did a good job otherwise. The walls in our bathroom had dirt marks and there was sticky stuff all over the headboard and air conditioner unit. Little things that I feel were obvious and should have been cleaned. We still enjoyed our stay and would like to rebook with you next year for the same event. We appreciated the easy check in and out.

I am handicap and asked the desk Cleark when checking in if the rom had a tub. He said yes and immediately put us in a room that was shower accessible. He was very friendly and suggested us a great place to go eat in town, where the locals go. The breakfast had a very nice selection with very fresh fruits. The room was very clean and fresh smelling, and the bed was very comfortable.

The only thing that could have been better, the pool was on the cool side to the point I was not able to stay very long. After a long days drive I was hoping for a relaxing soak.

Breakfast was very nice. Very clean. Food was hot and tasted good. Nice large seating area. The rooms stayed cool all night - big plus in the summer. The rooms were clean. The shower was nice. Check in and out was a breeze.

There was some noise between rooms, could faintly hear the tv in the next room. It wasn't enough to be disturbing though.

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were friendly! The room was neat, and the amenities were spot on. The only complaint that I had was the cleanliness of the room's microwave. I went to use it, and I had to remove food from it. There were two plates. One had pizza, and the other had chicken wings. I would have given my stay an excellent if it weren't for that mishap.

It was super clean... I'm a germ freak and this place was awesome! People were very kind and helpful. My entire family was impressed at how nice everything was. Tv's had great pictures and sized great. We will use this place every summer when we travel! The pool was in PERFECT order! I can't remember a hotel that pleased me in every way... this place did it! I am pleased in every way.. even the complimentary breakfest was delicious! Close to all the places we planned on going to.

Hard to believe this but there is NOTHING we didn't like! We are a big family and we all have only positve things to say about this hotel.. who ever is running this place is on top of EVERYTHING! Thank you to whomever is in charge!

Check in was simple and stress free. I was fearful of a disaster with a sold out concert close by. After getting back to our room very late at night, we were tired and hungry. The gal at the front desk gave us a "goodie" bag filled with snacks and water.

Our room could of used a few more pillows. Only 3 pillows provided with a king size bed, 2 guests. But, we made due. I am sure they would of given us another pillow if we would of asked.

Breakfast location was well defined and easy to see. Breakfast items were delicious and an assortment of choices. Sausage in a biscuit was a different option to biscuits and gravy. It was nice to have a staff person in the area to answer any questions.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed our breakfast and time there.

The outside appearance could have be improved. Grass cur but there were dead scrubs outside -needs attention. Plants dead.

Nice hotel, clean room. Friendly staff.

Didn't realize how far it was to the Darien Lake Performing Arts Center. $38 to get to the concert from the hotel and $80 to get back.

Not enough general lighting in room; one light between the beds, one smal dim sesk lamp. Would have liked a night light in bathroom as well.
