Clean quiet spacious room, extremely comfortable bed with good pillows, easy check-in, fast elevator. Very large bathroom vanity with plenty of space to set toiletries. Loved the walk-in shower which had good pressure, lots of hot water, a free-flowing drain and dispensers with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Amanda at the front desk was very welcoming and super helpful.

Everything was great. We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this property to other travelers.

That we were able to see our vehicle. The breakfast was also nice to have. The hotel always smelled clean and staff was always cleaning. Front desk was also very polite and helpful when we needed assistance.

There were times it was hard to communicate with the staff members that cleaned due to language barriers. We also got a late check out but the system deactivated our card at 11am anyways so we had to get that fixed. I also feel that the side tables next to the bed should be pulled out and cleaned under as well.

This hotel is clean, modernly updated, quiet, and met all of our traveling needs. The front desk staff were very friendly and the housekeeping staff likewise were very cheerful. The breakfast included scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, waffles, oatmeal and cereal, coffee and juices. There was a nice pool that my husband used as well as a happy group of kids. The price was very reasonable for our March stay. We will definitely stay again when traveing through the area.

The rooms were big and very clean. Great selection of tv channels as well including HBO. What made this hotel exceptional was the staff. So accommodating, friendly and helpful. The breakfast crew was continuously replenishing the food bar and cleaning up after every single guest. This is a pet friendly hotel and it did not smell or look like some of the other pet friendly hotels I have visited. Location was convenient, but certainly not a picturesque area. The town of Batavia is a good spot to use as home base for travel to Rochester, Niagra and Letchworth State Park. There were a ton of restaurants and stores to choose from in Batavia.

The location. It was right off thruway. It was also close to the facilities.

The room wasn't ready at our arrival. The first room they gave us, the large window in the room was leaking very badly. It was hard to get down the hall as there were many young children, young teenagers running and loud. The Staff then gave us an acceptable room on the 3rd floor. In the evening when we returned the elevator was not working so we had to use the stairs to the third floor. We found out the next day the kids kept using the elevator continuously which was why it was not working.

It is located best for me (it was my second time here). The rooms are comfortable and spacious. The bathrooms are very well maintained and the included breakfast is good and offered at a time that works for me. It's kept simple and meets the needs.

The second time here, a different room, and... another stained armchair. Like... yuck. Get vinyl or leather to clean them easier or bill those guests the ENTIRE cost of the armchair. That had to be an incidental cost for that guest. Why did you not charge them? If you did, why didn't you change the armchair?

We arrived Saturday during a big festival weekend. I goofed reservation but staff fixed it. Was rather disappointed with the crazy price for Saturday night versus Sunday but wife was sick and we needed to be off the road. The room was a great place for her to recuperate for two days. The fireworks out our windows was spectacular!

The price. But beggars can't be choosers.

My room was clean and ready for me at the time I requested. The AC was not needed and it stayed off - something I often have difficulty doing at other hotels because they set their AC to "always on" due to humidity and the noise is terrible.

I planned on resting until 11 am because of a long drive I had ahead and housekeeping moving their stuff in the hallways was extremely noisy. I pointed that at my check out and they shrugged shoulders. A simple "I'm sorry about that" would have been appreciated for the leaving customer experience.

The front desk was welcoming and pleasant. When we went for breakfast, the staff stopped to eat with other hotel staff. It would not have been a problem, except the two coffee pots were empty and no eggs. The staff occupied a large table eating in view of people finding no coffee. They were aware, but .made to effort to remedy the situation. I had to ask for coffee after they went back to work.

Our room and faculty was nice, but the highway traffic was found. Could hear every car go by.

Good price

Breakfast was poor, hours was from 6-9, went down at 7:30 little or no hot food. Nobody in the breakfast section working,no milk in the container my husband got in the fridge and filled it. Juice was terrible taste. Cleaning staff came in while we were eating and fixed themselves breakfast and took up a whole big table. The smoke alarm went off around 5:00 A.M as a guest burnt something in a microwave and whole second floor smelled
