Spacious room, individual air conditioning for temperature control, option to open windows for fresh air as needed convenience of the power outlet including USB port for cell phone charging, microwave and mini fridge, great design of shower stall easily accessible, bright light in bathroom and exhaust fan. Green design for shampoo and shower gel dispenser, decent breakfast with two hot items (scrambled egg and breakfast sausage), waffle, toasted slice of bread and small muffins, etc served in buffet style in a comfortable breakfast area. Most importantly, very easy access from highway I 90 after a long drive. This hotel was designed for the comfort and needs od customers in mind.

Odor in the hallway. Lack of information of choices of restaurants in the neighborhood and complimentary freshly brewed coffee and tea in the afternoon and early evening as part of checkin experience.

Convenient to the thruway, this hotel offers clean, comfortable overnight accommodations at a modest cost. Our room (247) was small and lacked a comfortable chair but otherwise met all our needs. The in room heating system was a bit confusing but worked well once we figured it out. A very basic breakfast was included in the price but we chose to skip it.

Our only complaint is the lack of an elevator. This would have been an issue if we had been travelling with heavy or bulky luggage.

Very clean and nicely appointed. Bed and sleeping were very comfortable. Great location. Just off the highway and only a mile from good restaurants and shopping. Breakfast was good. Coffee was excellent.

Only that there could have been more variety for breakfast. The eggs were just ok. I personally prefer my sausages more well done. There was only one kind of muffin and no yogurt. I was nice to have something though, so we didn't have to stop somewhere later.

friendly staff. room almost too clean, but windows opened and cleanser smell went away. breakfast much better than expected. bathroom very compact but clean and functional; shower water temperature great. big screen TV. wi-fi worked flawlessly.

let's face it, scrambled eggs is not a gourmet item. white bread (and whole grain) was basically...white bread. fresh fruit a bit tired. no real sitting area outside breakfast room. right on the NYS Thruway...some road noise and lights.

The property was very clean!! There was breakfast included with the room. Check in was extremely easy and the ladies at the front desk are so friendly took time to actually talk to me not rushing. I noticed some reviews said the rooms smelled bad but ours was clean and smelled nice we were on the 2nd floor. Also I was concerned for maybe any bed bugs before checking in and the room was absolutely bug free!!! It’s not too far from Darien lake (like 25mins) so perfect if you’re staying after the concerts they put on! Also there is a Walmart and target within 3 mins of this hotel!!! This was a great place to stay I would most definitely stay here again.

Clean hotel, very delicious breakfast, & it smelled a bit like cigarettes when we arrived, but not that much. In the morning the smell went away which was nice cause they cleaned the staircase, & cleaned up the hallways. Cleaned rooms obviously. Cleaned very well in general. Very nice people who cleaned. A very nice, & respectful younger female employee called, & asked if we were smoker's. I told her no so she made sure to put us in a non-smoking room. All the employee's were kind, & respectful except an older female one the night before we left. I told her I lost the card, & she really didn't want to get out of her seat in the other room outside of the receptionist desk where you get a room or need assistance. She had way to much of a snotty attitude. She asked what room multiple times, & I couldn't remember correctly so I didn't say the correct number of the room. Finally had to say in a more serious voice I payed for the room giving her my name. It took her way to long to walk to the computer looking real snotty like I said. Gave me the card. I said have a good night, & no response. She seriously needs to learn what respect is, & how to act properly when you work at a hotel.

Rude older female receptionist that covered the night or evening. It was around 8:00 PM on Tuesday.

The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was professional and polite. The fact that I was able to have my little dog with us and didn't pay anything extra helped us stay within our trip budget. The breakfast with eggs and sausage with toast was really good, too. We will definitely stay there again.

Room was small, but it was not an issue for us. We just slept there. There were places to eat not too far away. They allowed pets.

some of the staff did not speak/understand English. Did not cause a huge problem...they were all very friendly. But couldn't get a few questions answered. Hall way/stairs could have been cleaned up quicker. Someone walked through with muddy boots and tracked mud.

The hotel was very conveniently located and the staff was very accommodating with my late check in. Both the night and morning receptionists were very friendly and professional. Also, from what I saw, the breakfast was run by one girl who kept everything full and clean. What a rockstar! Overall, my stay was great and I would happily come here again.

Breakfast ended too early at 9 am. Was made aware of breakfast hours. Belinda at front desk and the maids are all amazings! Thanks! Vinyl flooring in rooms. Super clean! Free large parking. Convenience store ans gas station on site. Plenty of restaurant options around. No elevators. Hotel has only 2 floors.
