Updated facility and contemporary furniture. Spacious room, very clean, microwave and fridge. Nice curtains, loved the space they created over the heat/ac unit to sit read, very creative and visually pleasant. The bathroom was beautiful and well lighted. In addition, check-out at 11 and via text was so convenient, plus maintenance tip could be done via QR code (I tend to struggle finding cash at the last minute for room service tips). With regards to location, the hotel is well situated, close to supermarket, discount department store and restaurants all just a few minutes down the road.

The room I got was noisy, close to elevator and ice machine. Hard to ignore the rumble of ice dropping from machine all the time. This was loud enough to disrupt sleep. Bathroom shower needs more pressure, and bath curtain had a faint sour moldy smell although it looked clean.

The motel was very clean and comfortable. The shower was nice and our room was clean and comfortable.

The blankets on the bed were too short. They barely covered us up. And the choices for breakfast were lacking. Only fruit was apples and they were green. Everything was prepackaged and nothing was fresh. The coffee was okay and it was nice that it was available anytime but didn't have much flavor and the creamers were not real. I would stay again with lower expectations and hopefully a lower price.

We arrived very late, hotel staff were super. Very warm and welcoming. Good introduction to the facilities too. We had 2 rooms, both were fantastic, well equipped with all mod cons. Beds were very comfortable, everyone slept well. It was a pity we had arrived very late and had to leave early the next day as it was one of those places that would have been great to spend more time in.

Breakfast wasn’t great, very DIY and not a great selection if you fancy “fresh” fruit etc. there was enough for everyone and staff were there to assist but, my preference for fresh fruit wasn’t available so that’s going to be a negative from me.

Loved the staff, very friendly and helped whenever needed. Property was clean, enjoyed the outdoor area. Room was quiet and clean, beds were comfortable, shower was hot. Liked that you could make coffee/tea or hot chocolate at any time. Breakfast options were great and there was something for everyone. We were close to food, gas and grocery stores which was nice. Close enough to Darien Lake. Local people were so nice from Warsaw area. Will go back one day.

The hotel should plant a high hedge or something to give the rear neighbours a little privacy.

We have chosen to stay here over the last two years because we have family in the area. The town of Warsaw is a hidden gem and this Microtel is the best place in the village to stay. The hotel is run very efficiently, everything is clean, and they deliver on what they promise. It’s not the best value you will find in a hotel (for what it is) but it’s not unreasonable.

The breakfast is just ok. If you are going to stay multiple days as we did you won’t want to have breakfast there every day because the offering is limited and pretty much the same every day.

It was clean, and comfortable

We were on the 1st floor , and the noise of constant doors banging was very loud from very early morning while we were there. The breakfast set-up could be better, for example the plates are next to the waffle maker and people are standing in line to make waffles or waiting for them to cook, and it was difficult to get in that area.

We have stayed here several times with no issues, always comfortable.

On Monday morning, an inexperienced desk clerk was working at 7am. There was no milk of any kind for coffee, no breakfast bars, the orange juice dispenser was not turned on. The selection for breakfast selection is usually full with a good variety of items. When asked he did fill the milk and turn on the juice dispenser. On Saturday, we received no maid service.

I always book Microtel whenever there is one. It is always clean and comfortable.

I'm assuming the owner is not a native English speaker. There are a few misspellings, esp in the breakfast area. If they can be checked & corrected, it would brings the quality to another level. Also, when I was leaving, there was no one in the front desk. I called out but no one showed up. So I just left the room keys next to the keyboard of the computer there.

Nice, reasonably priced place to stay en route to Philadelphia from points north. We enjoyed the warm welcome, the firepit out front, the clean, spacious room with comfortable beds, and the fresh waffles for breakfast the next morning.

While we enjoyed the breakfast buffet, more fresh fruit would have been even better. There were apples, but for some reason they had a slippery film on them, as if they had been washed with soap but not rinsed well enough? Just a minor detail — not a dealbreaker on an enjoyable stay overall.

Big and spacious room that is well-furnished. There's even a second sink in the room (outside the toilet), which makes a sort of kitchenette area. Breakfast was great. There were the usual stuff (pancakes, juices, bread, coffee/tea), but also refrigerated omelets, sausage muffins (the McDonald's variety), and a few other things that you can reheat in the provided microwave. Coffee, tea, hot chocolate, cookies, and milk are available 24 hours a day at the breakfast area, which is nice.
