Staff is always friendly and helpful. The (second) room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of foods to choose from.

Though we were able to secure a second room, housekeeping had not been in to clean the initial room we were given. The pool was closed; there was no mention of this on the website. As having a pool was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel, this was very disappointing. The lobby and stairwell smelled strongly of marijuana upon check in. I have stayed in this hotel several times, and this has been the case the last couple of times. The smell is typically gone in the morning, but this is not necessarily a good first impression.

The room was clean, walk ways were clean. We asked for more towels twice and had no issue getting them. I guess you have to ask before 9am for a turn down of the room. We missed that deadline however they offered to take trash out and replenish towels. We didn’t have extra toilet paper which was weird. But maybe they do that to avoid theft.

It’s not that I didn’t like it. I don’t swim in hotel pools really, but we went in to take a look. The areas are clean but I seen a lot of pieces floating in the hot tub. And the pool looked like it would leave my skin feeling nasty if I went in lol. But Im just judgmental when it comes to hotel pools/ tubs .

Very comfortable accommodations for the price....and even with being alongside the Thruway, it was very quiet. Breakfast offerings were better than expected (in terms of choice) and satisfying. The convenience off the Thruway was a plus! Staff was friendly and welcoming.

There was no bath soap for the shower, only one bar of soap at the sink. I have seen this more and more in our travels, but it's challenging when you have more than one person staying in the room.

We liked the rooms. Comfortable beds, good selection on food. And, food wad good as well. The staff was friendly, including the meal room lady and the two front desk ladies I specifically spoke with. Plus, the two front desk ladies helped to clear up confusion with the reservations I had made, which I make mention under what I did not like. Overall, we had a pleasant stay.

We had confusion on nights requested. I changed the dates of our stay to the next day because Booking.com listed it as being possible to do without incurring any penalty fees for late cancellation. When we arrived at the hotel, we were informed that our reservations had been canceled and that we had been charged for the previous night that I had requested be moved to the next night. Fortunately, the front desk ladies were willing to help me clear up the confusion. And, I contacted Booking.com and asked that they contact the hotel to clear up the confusion, which they did. So, in the end, it worked out. Charges that were made for the night we did not stay at the hotel were just applied to the new dates I had scheduled through Booking.com.

We needed a place for the night while en route from Vermont to Michigan. We were able to reserve a room by phone, from the car, at a bargain price. The room was spacious, the queen bed very comfortable, and the shower excellent. The breakfast was tasty and more than ample. Both staff members—evening and morning—were attentive and enjoyable to converse with.

The room was clean, comfortable and close to our car. The price was reasonable. The receptionist was friendly and quite eager to help. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and satisfying. I wish that we could have had a similar experience with the lodging we booked in Toronto with Global Stay.

As this was an overnight stop on our way to Salem, It was not until the following day that we realized we definitely paid over the odds for this hotel. We stayed at the Hilton Hill Top Hotel in Troy which was stunning and paid $60.00 less for the room.

My kids and their friend liked the breakfast but my son wished there was pnt. Butter.

When booking nothing was said that the pool and jacuzzi were not working, when we arrived the receptionist said it had not worked the last 4-5 months. My kids and their friend were very disappointed cause that was are main purpose to choose this Best Western.

The location was good and the people were friendly. The pool area was decent. A good place to stay if you are going to Darien Lake or Great if you're going to Batavia downs.

The room did have a little bit of a funky smell, not terrible though. Breakfast was good enough. Booking.com told me that there was private hot tubs and charged me an increased rate, the hotel told me that it isn't even a thing... that was weird

We were very pleased with breakfast, my daughter and I had to be out by 530 to catch a fishing charter that she won last year at a walleye tournament on erie!!! Sorry anyways, it was open an hour early so we were able to grab and go!! Pool was warm, hot tub works, room could use some ventilation it was pretty hot in the pool area.
