The staff was super friendly. Hospitality was out of this world! I wish I remembered names with the faces but I interacted with 4 women total at the front desk. One who checked us in and greeted us; she was super kind and chipper; even gave us recommendations for food and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. We came back later that night to another young woman working the desk and again she was amazingly friendly and answered all our silly questions (most about where we could get something to eat since it was so late). The morning came to check out and the breakfast was delicious, my boyfriend was super stocked about the waffle maker. The hotel room was clean and cozy. Hotel was quiet with smiles everywhere. Definitely a better experience staying at this hotel than most others. 3 women were at the desk when we had our departure; one being the one whom originally greeted us at check in. All again super friendly with smiles and making sure our stay was wonderful. Small chit chat was much appreciated as well. staffing is overall wonderful and that to me was the biggest selling point that would have me book this hotel again. It is a bit close to a major road so if that isn't your cup of tea it may not be for you; HOWEVER even being close to a main road the noise levels were still minimal.

Building was old but we'll maintained. Breakfast served too late in morning for us to partake. We left by 6:30.

I asked if the pool & hot tub were opened before I booked. When I arrived the group in front of inquired re: towels in the hot tub & pool area to use. The evening clerk inform them regarding towels usage in the pool area. Later, I went down to use & saw it closed. I shared same with desk clerk. She stated she would open up the door. I told her I did not know how she could do that since there was a note stating it was closed for maintenance and cleaning. Staff was misleading to me & other guests who specifically reserved rooms believing there was a pool & hot tub available. ☹️

The rooms were very clean.

I had booked a different hotel and found out that their pool was closed so I canceled and made a reservation for this hotel. The website said the pool was open but when I got there maintenance had the pool closed down. At this point it was too late to cancel. I was only 30 minutes from my home and wanted to take my grandson's for a nice "vacation" and they couldn't even swim. I was a little upset with that but other than that it was good.

Breakfast should be later than 9am. This is the first time we have ever to be down for breakfast that early.

A quality hotel at a great price. Modern and clean facility. Very comfortable rooms and great pool. Breakfest alone is a huge savings for a family staying here. Probably a $40 savings.

Honestly, I cannot think of 1 single thing that was a negative. Ok maybe smaller sized parking lot.

We did not have Shampoo in our room as it was empty when we went to shower, and when we addressed the problem it look a lot longer to resolve.
