staff was nice. Everything was very clean. The room was a great value for the money loved having a separate room, Breakfast was amazing. Will definitely return!

The main elevator was broken and my room Was right next to the only working elevator so it was pretty loud all night. One night I had neighbors that were up until 4 am- no fault of the staff but they were going up and down the elevator. I always think upon check in the staff should ask your approximate bedtime and not put 9pmers next to 5amers 😂

I loved the room size bed was relaxing will stay again without a doubt. My new go to hotel when visiting Rochester ny. Lots of restaurants walking distance.

The parking was always full hard to find a spot. So I parked in handicap ♿️ couple of night was told to me the car wouldn't get towed and car was always there the next day.. loved this hotel A-1.

Breakfast was the best I’ve ever had at any hotel, ever. Chia pudding, overnight oats, nuts and seeds, fresh chopped fruit, 2 waffle machines, the potatoes were great too. Fantastic. The beds were very comfortable and the room was super quiet and very clean. The pool was also nice and warm as well

The fridge and the heater in our room were both super loud. Woke me up a few times in the middle of the night.

Special request for two adjoining king suites was handled. This was such a great asset to our stay. Pool was sparkling and inviting, water was warm. Hot buffet breakfast was yummy and varied in offerings; the "robust" coffee was awesome!

Web site lists onsite restaurant. There is none. Honestly, that is the only detractor from being a perfect rating

We were disappointed in the pool. The pool was very murky and dirty. The pool area floor was in bad need of a good scrub, floor was very dirty. My kids were very excited for the pool and were upset that we couldn’t do any swimming due to the uncleanliness of the pool and area

The staff was friendly and very helpful with accommodating my dietary restrictions. We loved the space of the room, the pool setup, the work-out room,… everything!

Our room had a crazy cold draft that ran right across the floor near the sofa bed, and the beds were rather uncomfortable, for hotel beds.

The morning breakfast had some good hot and cold options, usually with at least one hot vegetarian option. The size and layout of the room was comfortable enough to stay for a week or two. There were plenty of outlets in the room, and also in the breakfast area downstairs, so it was well designed for remote working. Coffee available all day and good wifi. Super friendly front desk staff, they lent us some supplies for gift packing since we were staying over Christmas.

Somehow it was difficult to arrange a cleaning by housekeeping. It was supposed to happen once or twice in our multi-week stay, but we didn't end up having one despite a few requests to the front desk. It seems there was some missed communication between front desk and housekeeping.

Our suite was huge! ! It felt more like an apartment than a hotel room. There were 6 of us staying together, plus a very energetic little puppy. There was lots of room for all of us! When we asked for more towels, they were delivered directly to our suite. The hot breakfast was also very good with a nice variety of choices.

There wasn't a vent fan in our bathroom. With 6 of us enjoying our suite, one would have made our stay perfect. Also, I wish there was an "Adult Only" swim option from 9pm to 10pm. When we went down to enjoy the pool, there was a bunch of younger children screaming and splashing despite their care givers being there with them. Our time in the pool wasn't as relaxing as we hoped it would be.

Rooms were very clean. We are a family of five and it's a kid-friendly hotel. Liked the breakfast and staff very nice. We were in town to go to the Strong Museum (12 minute drive). Location was easy to get to and many restaurants nearby (Olive Garden close by and Red Lobster).

Minor complaint was the pool looked slightly cloudy. Needs a good cleaning.

The rooms are very clean and super nice. Staff is friendly and helpful. The pool was clean and well kept. I couldn’t find my airpods, had no idea what I did with them. I got an email stating, I left them behind. For a small fee they mailed them back to me. Great customer service! I’m so grateful for the cleaning crew, for finding my airpods and getting them back to me
