Location! Breakfast was great.

The rooms are spacious and well appointed. Could use a bit of updating concerning the carpet in the rooms. The bathroom is small and would work best with a sliding pocket door vs a door that swings into the bathroom practically hitting the toilet and tub. Lack of toiletries provided. King bed was nice but too soft. Overall nice hotel for short stay.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly.

Our second trip the hot tub was not heated. I choose hotels with a hot tube so when its not working its not worth it to me.

The pool was clean, and there was ample place for everyone to sit around the pool. The rooms were spacious.

The furniture has definitely seen better days. Most of it was either chipping or had chunks missing. The baseboards on the bed must have been held on by one screw. Our room was missing a clock, which held two USB plugs since there were only two near the bed.

Staff was wonderful - very friendly and professional.

The restaurant didn't live up to the rest of the property. Food options were mediocre, my order was incorrect, and the service was sub-par. However the front desk was extremely apologetic and handled my concerns well (no one was available at the restaurant to address the issue).

Everyone was so friendly, kind, & professional. This was an unexpected overnight stay but so glad we chose this hotel. Customer service beyond amazing, room was perfect, the hallways smelled so fresh & clean, Bar, drinks, food & staff amazing & great! Morning breakfast staff wonderful & food was great! We will definitely be back!

Breakfast at restaurant was excellent. Very quiet. Wonderful housekeeping staff. Pool and jacuzzi area neat and tidy.

Car alarm that went off one day from 5 am to 830 am and manager felt there was nothing he could do.

Front desk and manager were amazing! Very accommodating.

Room had some rough spots, black around shower knob, stains on rug, furniture really banged up.

Staff was excellent, helped me take all our luggage and 3 little girls to our room. Got a taxi to take us to airport. When granddaughter cut her toe , they gave us numerous bandaids to cover it. Pool and hot tub were wonderful. Staff and food in the bar were very good. Reasonable prices. Definitely worth the price.

The front desk staff was very helpful and considerate. He even offered the wheelchair for my husband to use. He has Parkinson’s disease and cannot walk on his own. The shuttle driver was equally courteous and respectful. He was very helpful to us and exceptionally in attending to my husband.

Our room was very quiet, which was amazing. The front desk staff were very kind and very patient with weary travelers.

Seemed like there were hairs where there shouldn’t have been, that did not belong to us. That was unfortunate.
